Food was mediocre, but the service was worse. Our server didn’t seem to care if we were there or not. We were never offered any refills on our empty drinks. When I asked for one, as we paid the check, she acted put out, and brought back the wrong drink. The dining room was only half full, so she wasn’t overwhelmed. The food was nothing great. Apparently the cook doesn’t know how to prepare food, because our asparagus had the hard end of the stock on it. Had to eat down to it, and make a pile of ends. My burger was dry, but server didn’t come by so we could get mayo, or even extra napkins. So disappointing.

They have many other items to choose from, but I’ve not left the burgers yet, they are so good. Their servers are usually really great. I’ve only hand 2 bad experiences there in the many many many times we have gone, and they were so long ago, I think the individuals involved no longer work there.

4.5 would be better. Great service, had issue with black bean burger being over cooked and management was quick to fix it and was nice enough to comp my meal (unrequested). Burger was great, fries ok. Fresh baked cookies were a great ending. Nice family place, reasonably priced.

We got there right at happy hour 2-5 and had the nachos 4 of us shared! Delish! Then I shared the Cod BLT with mom and my mouth was in heaven! Hubbs had the Garbage burger which sounds funny but I tried it as well and it doesn’t disappoint. Daughter had the Buffalo Chicken burger which she loved especially since the amount of chicken you get was 2x the size of the bun. Our server who was also bartending was super sweet and fast. We were interested in the cherry cola BBQ sauce and requested to try it and she was happy to accommodate. It was so good I kept it to dip my endless fries in! Needless to say I’m always sketchy when you’re not familiar with a place and hotels suggest a place to eat. I will say this time they got it SO right. Very very good food & service. Enjoy!

The service was excellent, we had a party of 14. The Jack Daniels peach tea was amazing and I’m a beer drinker. The fish and chips was perfect. So flakey and done to perfection. So hard to get decent fish anywhere. Can’t wait to go back!

Best burgers around! The service was great as well as the food. I highly recommend this place, they have tons of great choices, the meatball burger was delicious! While eating there 2 different managers checked on us to make sure everything was okay. I will definitely be stopping there again in the future.
