Enjoyed a lovely happy hour here on a Saturday evening after the midsummer Halloween convention. The flatbreads were all $10 and we had the short rib which was good. The appetizers were half price, great deal. The brussel sprouts were very unique compared to anywhere else I’ve tried. The ahi tuna tostadas were also very good, would order again. Drinks were strong and good surprisingly not too crowded which was nice too. We got to see people walking from the convention center in their costumes which was fun. Nice staff!

Great place to relax and enjoy some great food. Daniel is very friendly and welcoming staff is very attentive to their guests. The food came out quick and everything was tasty! We had the flat bread and the tuna tostadas along with fried and other plates. The taco shrimps were delicious and their wedge salad was awesome too pet friendly patio is a plus! They even served the pup DOG (deeOhhGee) his own water bowl and Daniel sat and spent some time with him that was pretty awesome !!

We wanted a quick lunch and we found this restaurant right next to the Convention Center in Long Beach. We ordered their bacon salad and added chicken in it. We also ordered the tuna nachos. Our orders were served to us fast but most importantly, the food was delicious, the quality was great and the service was excellent!

New American spot in Long Beach. For takeout for dinner on a Friday evening with three other friends and split a few dishes. We had the brussel sprouts with bacon on the side per our request, fries, shrimp tacos (3 to an order), mushroom flatbread, and a salad. Portions were on the smaller side so finished all of the food. The flatbread was good to share and the fries were thin cut. The shrimp tacos came with blue corn tortillas; we got that since they were out of the short rib tacos that night. They had live music playing which was cool. There’s underground garage parking.

This was our 1st time at Risu, and we’ll definitely be back. Great food, service, and atmosphere. We were there for happy hour, which made it even better. All the goodness at 1/2 the price. We had the spicy tuna tostadas, spicy shrimp tacos, and Brussel sprouts. We had room for one more thing and ordered the short ribs tacos. The only thing they could’ve done to improve was have a bit spicier salsa, but other than that, the food was perfection. We’ll definitely be back! I had the Mexican Candy cocktail, and it was the perfect light, refreshing, tequila based summer cocktail.

We went in on Valentines hoping to get in even though the sign said reservation only, and the manager was so incredibly accommodating! The waitress, I believe her name was Katarina, was so nice and knowledgeable about the menu. She got us with just the right foods to make our nice that much more special. I would definitely come back again. Also the atmosphere is really good as well with the outside seating.

Incredibly delicious!!! We had Red Wine, a Pino Noir, at a discount because Wednesday they have specials on bottles! We had an incredible charcuterie board with 3 different cheeses, grapes, crackers, honey, and nuts. Our main dish was a delicious massive cut of steak. The atmosphere of outside dining is beautiful at night because of rainbow lights outside! Great friendly service and bartenders! 10/10 we will be back!
