Cute and quaint place. Our server was sweet and did a fantastic job with communication on the wait for things. The food was very underwhelming. It was overpriced and there are simply better brunch spots in Charlotte. This is what we ordered and spent $61.

My husband and I were looking for a new place to try for Sunday brunch. The restaurant closes at 3 and we arrived at 2:15 without being on the waitlist. The owner Stewart approached me and seated me immediately. Savannah was an amazing waitress and took our order while my husband parked the car. The drinks arrived by the time he got back to the table.

First time here for breakfast around 10am on a Wednesday. My wife ordered the green veggie scramble, chicken sausage, and home fries. My wife said everything was good. I ordered scrambled cheese eggs, chicken sausage, cheesy grits, french toast, and coffee. The eggs and french toast were good, even though the french toast did not have any cinnamon. Those chicken sausages were really good. I did not like the coffee. It was too chilly and it is really small and cozy inside. Our server Nicolette was great. They have unisex bathrooms

Visiting NC for a concert and looked up great brunch spots. This came up and the pics looked so good so I had to try it. The $40 bottle of Prosecco with the syrup flight was delicious and worth the price. Overall I would give the food a 6.5/10. The pancake was great. The rest of the food was just ok. Grits were too thick and dry. French toast was basic as well. The potatoes were seasoned well. Service was good. It was very busy on Sunday at 12 so we waited about 1h for a table of 3. The restaurant is extremely small and only has minimal seating indoors. They had set up several tables outside. Only drawback was the heat!

DELICIOUS BRUNCH! Great vibes and good food. I really enjoyed the crispy home fries and the ricotta stuffed French toast. Service was friendly and fast. Arrive early or expect a lengthy wait. Free parking available at ground level surface lot; from there you can take the stairs down to the restaurant.

I had to run an errand in Charlotte today, coming from Columbia. Smooth drive and took care of everything in good enough time to catch some breakfast. I wanted to try something new and different, so “when in Rome….” I found Easy Like Sunday.

2.5 hours total (wait, service, exit). I got my own cutlery set up from the hostess stand as they placed our food with no forks/knives. This place has promise, but on busy days, you must manage service requests and have food portions that make sense given pricing (see pic). While pricing may be reasonable for some items, others need review. For example, DO NOT order the veggie scramble or grits. This is a $7 portion for $15. Nothing about it was appetizing and the grits were loaded with cheese and looked like cream of mushroom soup. The chicken tenders were okay (although you will need hot sauce). The pancakes were the best along with home fries. The bill for 2 adults with tip was around $90 (2 alcoholic beverages). There are just too many breakfast/brunch places we can patronize to justify that price point.

very cozy ambience. dined in a couple times here. knocked off 1 star because of the wait times (I’ve had to wait for two hours to get seated before). if you’re not looking to wait for 1+ hours I suggest arriving before 10am as they get busy quick especially on the weekends! Other than that, the food is deliiciousss. Servers are great, fast, and always moving. Super attentive especially if you have a big party(: Do yourself a favor and order the cheesy grits!!!! Mimosas and coffee are great too!

Absolutely love this brunch spot! I went here for my birthday with family and the hostess and waitress was very exceptional. First, the mimosas flights are a must when you come to visit this space. For those of you who are sensitive to orange juice that also have other flavors that is equally as delicious as a regular mimosa (Lavender is my favorite). Let’s get into that Short Rib hash (yum!!!) it was a great choice. The short ribs and potatoes were perfectly tender and not overcooked. The scrambled eggs on top were very light, fluffy and not over seasoned. The restaurant is downstairs very easy to miss if you’re not paying attention. If you drive in from E Woodlawn you can park in the back (plenty of free public parking spaces). Walk back towards E Woodland St and go down the stairs.

Visited for the first time today and will definitely be going back! Even though there was a line out the door I was able to get seated right away at the bar. Service was friendly and my food arrived very quickly. I had the “Little bit of Everything” and subbed in the ricotta-stuffed French toast which was incredible! French press coffee was all they had in decaf but that was delicious. Next time I will go in the morning so I can have caffeine in one of their maple lavender lattes. Can’t wait to go back!
