The chicken was very good. I5 wasn’t greasy which was great. The cole slaw was a bit too freshly made and needed more time to marinate. This better than too old. The mashed potatoes and gravy and the biscuit was very good.

Even though we love their food I probably won’t ever go back. We went inside because the drive thru was backed up. They let us stand at the counter for 30 min. Without an update on how long our wait would be before we could order. There were 4 families behind me. I finally whistle to get their attention, every staff member was in the back. I was informed it would be quite a while before we could order. They had to handle the drive thru orders first. That they had ran out of several of the products and had to prepare and cook more.. I asked for a free soda and they gave me one. I thought they could’ve offered that to all of us waiting. I probably would have stayed had they thought of it first making me feel like an important customer and that they really wanted my business. I was very unhappy, angry and very hungry and had enough. I would’ve been spending $50 to $60 there but I went and spent that money at Gilbertos on minnesota ave.

Went through drive thru. Felt rushed when ordering When got to the window I commented that I felt rushed as I was trying to read the menu board with the west Sun in my face. The young man laughed and said that KFC times them. I told him that was ridiculous and he laughed. I told him that was wrong to be timed and rushed. I told him that I am the customer and am therefore right. He disagreed and shoved bag into my face and closed the drive thru window. Not sure if I will ever return.

Feels less welcoming without buffet. Now a to-go warmer is in its place. Doesn’t really covey a welcome and relaxed atmosphere. More says “Get your **** and get out!”
