After a conflict in the parking lot with another Potbelly customer due to trying to get to the speaker of the drive thru and place my order, the customer cut me off since there’s nothing to block the line in order to get to the window. The customer then expressed to Naveana how her and I had a disagreement and how she believed her order should have been taken before mine. Before even hearing my side or understanding the exact situation Naveana took it upon herself to place the young lady’s order while at the window with her.

Working customers on their lunch break are busy, multitasking. You take an order once, and I told you I want beef sandwich with everything on it, I consider it ordered. Then another line worker asked me something 5 minutes later I couldn’t even hear it was so loud there, I think she was asking about sauces so I said I want mayo and mustard. I already told you everything on it once, so that means vegetables too. I walked out and found out I got a plain sandwich with no vegies. Why do I have to repeat myself 5 minutes later. Stop processing people, start listening. Plus the ice tea smelled and tasted like a pee water, gross.

I walked into Potbelly around 9:30 last week and was greeted very well by the cashier. She then took my order and helped me decide the best toppings on my Sandwich since it was my first time at Potbellys. The sandwich was made in a timely fashion and it was amazing. I am now a Potbelly fan and I will be returning in the future!!! The cashiers name was Kelli, she’s the type of person we need in all fast food establishments!!

I don’t know what was going on today but I waited in the lot for 10 minutes for my drive thru sandwich which definitely wasn’t worth the wait. I got home and opened a wet tuna sandwich with no taste at all. My toppings were not what I requested. I had an unseasoned tuna sandwich with lettuce and a pound of mayo . I paid over $10 to be disgusted

I checked off that I did not want meatballs or capicola and they still put it on there!!!! This same location made the same mistake several times when I went through the drive-through smh!!!!! When I have to pick off stuff that I didn’t ask for on the sandwich I’m also pulling off the sauce making my sandwich dry!!!! Please train workers to follow notes!!!! Reading is essential to get the job done right!!!!!

Asked for a Mediterranean with no hot peppers or cucumbers. Well my mouth was on fire because it had hot peppers on it and sure enough cucumbers. Come on young people!!! This isn’t fine dining but at least get the sandwich right a little.

I came to the drive-thru around 8:30pm and the people here told me “they were about to close so order quick” then switched up and said they were closed and couldn’t serve anymore,I found out they close at 11pm. They were so disrespectful for no reason and the girl was sneak laughing as we left the drive thru; so now we’re in the parking lot looking for other places to eat and then we watched them take care of other people that came thru so they’re completely unprofessional over there to say the least.

Unreal slow service. I spent 23 minutes waiting for my order. The Homewood store is so much faster. Also, the sandwich seemed much smaller. Third, they said their oven was broken.
