We stopped in at Bojangles, and as out of towners we were pleasantly surprised. We’d only seen commercials and they exceeded my expectations. The chicken was tender, and extra crispy, My son loved the chicken sandwich, but the potato rounds were AMAZING. So much so, that my son ordered another order of them. The sausage gravy was tasty, and tasted scratch made, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Like many fast food spots, it was cold inside, but overall we were full, and happy, and my son and hubby snuck away and went back the next day for lunch!

Drive thru served food that was obviously left over from the day before. The biscuits were dried out and not fresh baked. The bacon was reheated from the day before. Nothing was freshly made. Disappointing… every thing went into the trash.

I am extremely disappointed with the specific Bojangles. I drove here from the north side of Atlanta because online it stated that this restaurant opens at 5:30 AM. I was there on time and I saw a few cars parked so I figured it was the Bojangles staff setting up and boy was I wrong. I work in early shifts so if I make any stops, it can only be one. So unfortunately that morning I was not able to eat breakfast because of course they were not open on time. They should change the hours on Google if they’re not going to open at that time to avoid people being inconvenienced.

The most HORRIBLE experience ever. The drive through girl, short black girl with braces got the worst customer service ever!!! Baby if you don’t like your job, move on to the next. This company/owners need to reevaluate who they’re hiring. Management needs to do a better job! If I could give zero stars I would.

I Went Thru The 05/04/2023 At 11:23am And The Cashier Was Very Very Rude, Aggressive And Intimidating. I’ll Never Return. She Snatched My Payment Out Of My Hand And I Asked Her Why Did She Have Such An Abusive Attitude And Her Response Was “You’re Good”. Very Unprofessional Response. Her Unapproachable Behavior Is Going To Affect The Growth Of That Location In A Negative Way. So None Of Her Colleagues Are Accused Of Her Behavior I Didn’t Get Her Name But She Has Braces.
