This is the second time in the last two weeks we found hair cooked into our pizza. Thoroughly disgusted. They offered to remake the pizza but we just couldn’t bring ourselves to eat it, they refunded our order instead. I won’t be coming back to this location.

There regular pizzas without special crust are decent for fast food. The stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni was a 1 star for me. Giving 3 because the other regular crust pizzas are decent/good for the money. The stuffed crust pizza didn’t taste the same and the cheese in the crust was barely warm almost as if it was frozen before cooked but not melted in the crust. I believe they just wrap pepperoni around the frozen cheese because it wasn’t warm either, it was like eating string cheese with cold pepperoni wrapped around it.. Kids wouldn’t eat it, and we wouldn’t recommend it.

Been ordering Papa John’s for the past few years, stopped going here for a bit when quality seemed to be declining. Sadly after returning to try again, continues to decline. Today was probably the worst. Completely burnt garlic knots. Service is fast, pizza was cooked well but seems like something is overcooked each time we order. Not worth the risk anymore probably won’t be going back.

This location was probably the best I’ve seen yet. The staff is very friendly, quick, and overall great energy! They have a FANTASTIC lineup and the way they handle things is nice to see, not much fast food places have it together like they do here. The ONLY negative thing is the call center, they are ridiculous trying to place an order. And I also do wish the staff wore gloves while handling the food.

The workers here give out amazing service and actually say the right time your pizza will be out and ready. The pizza here is amazing and always perfect and mouth washing, we have been here like 7 times and we always get treated with respect. If you order parmesan cheese they will give you an awesome portion and will always keep your pizzas fresh and hot. Really recommend to go there on the weekends especially on Saturday. Thanks for your amazing service and pizza it always makes our day.

I ordered a 16″ pizza through UberEats and received a 14″ pizza. I called to see if they could make it right and the kid that answered gave me the biggest attitude and said the pizza shrunk. He even hung up on me when I asked to speak with a supervisor about his attitude. Seriously? He also threatened me stating he had my card information, name and my address. Be careful if you order from here, look at all the 1 star reviews that are very recent. Probably because of that kid! Thankfully UberEats refunded me. If any weird charges show up on that card I know exactly where they came from.

Just ordered pizza because I had a free one because they were late last time getting to me the pizza this time was blown up on the crust and I had ordered some chicken wings they’re absolutely smothered in so much barbecue sauce I had to get some of it off just to be able to eat it. Help is much needed in this kitchen.Not appetizing looking at all
