Absolutely beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere that makes you want to stay even before you taste the food. Everything we had was wonderful! The prawn tostadas with á spicy sauce, the mole with chicken, the salmón and of course the risotto. We had the churros for dessert and my son had the cucumber sorbet. All the meals are the type you have to close your eyes to savor the ingredients and you are trying to reconcile with your brain exactly what your taste buds are trying to tell you! Very grateful to the host who seated us without a reservation–the food and the excellent service will keep us coming back! Plus the música adds to the ambiance and transports you to some of the best times of your life and helps you make new memories.

What an amazing experience. Upscale exquisite Mexican Cuisine with top notch well crafted drinks and wine options. The quality of the food to go is just as good as eating in house. I greatly appreciated that the owner, Consuelo, was the hostess on our visit. She greeted us with a welcoming beautiful smile and was very attentive to everyone and everything. Our server for the night was Samuel, who’s also the food and wine director. He knows his craft, gave us great recommendations and made us feel at home. I didn’t have to ask for refills on my wine. He was very attentive and such a sharp dresser. I glanced at the kitchen, immaculate! Staff were all around friendly. Restrooms are clean. The decor is unique and attractive. Great ambiance for sure.

I recently dined here for brunch and loved it! The reservation process was simple and they were able to increase our group size by a few that morning. We started at the bar for a cocktail since we arrived early. The cocktail menu is diverse and the options we had were delicious! The staff was attentive and friendly, the food was scrumptious as well as the presentation being on point. Definitely try the shrimp tostadas to start and the chilaquiles for your brunch entree. Try the paloma and michelada. I love the decor and vibes of Tabachines!

Really cute place. My husband and I just wanted to try a new place and add it to our go to’s. Definitely this restaurant knows what they are doing in terms of food. We ordered the green ceviche as an appetizer, my husband ordered the pasta and I ordered the short ribs. I didn’t like the pasta as much. But the short ribs and the green ceviche are mouthwatering absolutely amazing. You have to go there just to have these two dishes at least. But I did feel leaving it was a bit overpriced. But I liked what I ate so I give a 4. I would give it a 5 but it was a little quiet, maybe have music in the background or something idk. Just a thought. But the foods good.

My husband and I had a lovely dinner tonight. We shared the corn, short ribs and the churro. The best part was the main entre–very delicious. We will definitely come back again!

Mexican heritage month!!! New menu every weekend… I say yes. This weekends menu is a taste of Jalisco’s many delicacies. I decided why not go for their four course dinner today. Worth it! I do have to say the pozole was by far my favorite dish served today. Will I come back, yes yes I will. The torta was not heavy as most usually are, the lamb birria was was not what I expected it to be but it was still delicious. Nothing was over or under salted, the salsas had the right amount of spice in them and the desserts were not too sweet. This is a basic run through of what we all look for in a good dinner, most of all we don’t want to walk out feeling heavier and guiltier than we walked in. The servers were amazing, fast paced but they held in great for such a busy environment with huge smiles always checking in on you making sure you’re doing great. Thank you ♥️ (some items were tasted before the photo so it might not be first look presentation) definitely try it out

While looking for a new place to eat in Fresno, this restaurant was highly recommended and now I know why! We were greeted politely and quickly given a seat. Sam was our server and he was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. This isn’t your typical sit down restaurant, it’s more of an experience and trip through mixican culture. The menue was small and reads well. All of the staff was exceptionally knowledgeable on the menu and drinks. The food was nothing less than amazing! Full of flavor in every bite. We were not rushed through our meal and it was a very welcome change. If you enjoy a good tequila this is the place to go learn and enjoy.

We went to Tabachines Cocina to celebrate our 43rd anniversary. The food we ordered was excellent. Upon arriving at the restaurant we were seated. We waited for about 20 minutes. I finally asked a waiter if we could order. Our food came relatively quickly. It was so delicious, different and fresh. After ordering the service was markedly different. It was excellent. What a treat! We loved everything we ordered. Our favorite was the flan. So light, tasty and special. The ambiance was beautiful. My only suggestion is how noisy it is in this space. We think it is the acoustics. We highly recommend Tabachines Cocina! Can’t wait to go back.

Our first time. Such a beautifully decorated and designed restaurant. The gourmet food was exquisite. Loved the presentation. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The only thing is that she didn’t know how to pronounce things on the menu. She pointed to them instead. I feel like you should know these things if that’s your main job ♀️ She called the tortilla soup a vegetable vegan soup. She couldn’t pronounce the aguas frescas. So she just wasn’t helpful in that case but she was very nice. Just needs more training. We got ribeye, corn, shrimp tostadas, soup. Everything was delicious and savory. 1 appetizer and 1 entrée for me was $61. Menu doesn’t have that many options but you can’t go wrong with any of them. Really cute spot for date night I do recommend coming to try this place out at least once though:)

Food was absolutely amazing and so delicious. Only down side was that we had the four course meal and felt rushed to finish our food because servers kept asking to take our plate and give us the next one with out us having finished our current dish.
