Service here is very hit or miss. However if you try to order for pick up or delivery it’s almost always a miss. My last time ordering from this location I ordered a giant veggie sub (all veggies except jalapeños) mikes way (oil & vinegar, salt & pepper and oregano) What I received was the saddest and most unappealing/ unappetizing sandwich I have ever seen-only banana peppers, green peppers and a few pickles on dry bread with no spices vinegar or oil. Add to that, whether the bread that was used was old or if it was just because the sandwich was very loosely wrapped; the bread was hard and dry. Multiple phone calls to the restaurant went unanswered. I was stuck with a $18 inedible sandwich in the middle of a 12 hour work shift. Absolutely do not recommend.

Judging by all the other bad reviews this location does not care about customer service or trying to fix the problems. I have the same issue as most of the rest. Spanning from over 2 years ago. Dining area is unclean. Tables dirty. Trash overflowing. The subs are good but are hit and miss wether you get all your item’s on it. My club sub is constantly being made with no Bacon on it. Also they never ever put napkins in your bag.

One of the best Italian cold cuts I’ve had in the south. I wish they would have some parmeson cheese (in a shaker) as well as an oven to toast the rolls if so, it would be comparable to the best I have ever had. The staff were eager to help. The trash cans were over flowing; otherwise I would rate the experience as perfect!

Bought an $18 giant super sub. Have had them before at other locations but now the meat and cheese are sliced so thin I literally can’t tell they are on the sandwich. I can go to Mi Amiche around the corner and get a sandwich for $15-$16 that I can’t finish, WITH a side. I can’t bring myself to pay for Jersey Mike’s again. It used to be my favorite sandwich back when a giant was $14 and came with meat and cheese

Upon entering the store, we saw 5 employees behind the counter talking & laughing with each other. No other customers were in the store when we arrived. We placed our order & the service was fine. The issue was with the cleanliness of dining room. We were dining in & couldn’t find 1 clean table! Every table was covered in food crumbs. My husband had to wipe our table before we could sit down & eat. While there we also noticed litter on the floor as well as the overflowing garbage can by the door. A few customers had come & gone but it was in no way busy at all. The employees had more than enough opportunity to clean the dining area but not one of them did. They have time to talk, laugh & joke around but no time to clean??!! SMH

We have eaten at this location previously, dine-in experience. After work, I set a time to pick-up our dinner. I am a vegetarian. I ordered the Veggie sub and received half the requested items on the sub. I literally had a sub of scant mustard, lettuce, pickles and some banana peppers. Reading is so important. I asked for oregano, oil/vinegar, bell peppers, and tomatoes with the aforementioned items. Had I known this was the quality of subs at this location, I would not have wasted $15. If you utilize this store, I recommend to order in the store and be specific with the person making your sub. Ordering online from Jersey Mike’s has resulted in many errors with a previous location adding bacon bites to a veggie sub. I gave this review two stars instead of one star since the subs were ready on time.

A few of the guys from work can here for lunch. The service was okay. The tables were disgusting and we had to request them be wiped. They resembled movie theater floors in that they were sticky and crumb-covered. The food was great. I got a giant turkey and provolone on wheat. The prices were extortionate though; I paid $16 for a sandwich, a small bag of chips and a small drink. I ate the whole sandwich. It wasn’t a $13 sandwich. I’d better be pretty impressed for you to charge me $13 for a sandwich. I told the rest of the guys we could have gone to Outback or comparable places and gotten more food of a higher quality for the same price and they agreed. They probably had about $4 worth of cost in my entire order and it shows. Good thing my company was picking up the tab, because I would never return on my own dime.

Absolutely horrible service and attention to detail. We placed our order online and one of the sandwiches was for my daughter. It was literally bread, pepperoni, and bacon. Yes, we selected special order and wrote in specials instructions stating just pepperoni and bacon. I don’t know how and cannot comprehend how you could screw up such a simple order. We didn’t look till we got home, but I’ve never opened a sandwich there to check. It was 8:30 pm and when we arrived at the store it was not busy at all! After a long international flight we thought this would be an easy dinner. I even called the store several times for a few minutes each time and no one answered the phone. Very disappointing and one very upset little girl!

This is my second review of this location. I like to call out good service when I can. I frequent this location as they are generally prompt, clean and friendly. Today, I was especially pleased when I was served by Montice. He remembered my order to the tee from one I placed over a week ago (and only once with him). Given the number of sandwiches I’m sure he makes on any given day, I think this is pretty remarkable. Great job, Montice!!
