This place was so filthy. The glass doors had greasy finger prints, the trash cans were completely full. The tables were dirty. I was hesitating if I should order. I was starving, so I did. I ordered the ultimate sonic breakfast burrito without sauce meal. The egg was over cooked & dry but other than that it was good. The tater tots were perfect. I ordered a cherry coke. No refills? The staff member who took my order was really nice. Based on the uncleanliness, I hope I don’t get food poisoning.

It is either their staff or who trains the staff is one who rides the “ short bus” every third time I get food there I tell them that I want the item and not a “ combo” and when I check my item to eat there is just the item with nothing on it! American hot dog with no combo. I get a hot dog on bread with nothing on it! A supersonic burger, I get bread meat and cheese with nothing else! This has happened to me several times at this location. I think Sonic has the best burgers in the industry when made right but their items when “ plain” are not very good at all. Check your order before you leave the restaurant! Nothing like looking forward to a nice meal to find it so lacking. And as I said it matters not what you order as they have done this to me on hot dog and hamburger. The burger at least had cheese the hot dog only meat and bread.

UPDATE: I have since learned that there was a major water main break in the truckers parking lot that did some major water damage. It probably would have been beneficial to post a notice since their restaurant is off I-40. They turned away a lot of customers.

My husband asked for a double that’s what they gave him. I couldn’t make up my mind and the youngin starting pushing buttons on the screen. Chicken isn’t fresh. Onion rings ARE NOT ONION RINGS!!! Poor place to eat.. rather have had Chester’s but didn’t have much to choose from

Building insides need a severe upgrade and update. Our good was prompt and tasted like any other Sonic although the bread on the burger and foot long Coney were soggy. They give small cups that are filled to the top with ice then filled with drink so the liquid is minimal. Other than that though it’s great to be able to stop at a truck stop and get something other than the normal truck stop food.

Was actually excited at first to have Sonic as a food option as a trucker, but was highly disappointed in my food when I got it. I ordered an American Dog and was so disappointed——the bread was hard as if it had been sitting out in the open for some time, the hotdog was also hard like it had been sitting in water, overcooked for some time. Use to love sonic bit this sonic here has given me nasty tasting food the last couple of times . Sonic use to be good but it seems like there quality of food has fell off a cliff . They have went downhill pretty fast ..Guess they would rather lose customers by giving them old food instead of throwing it away & making fresh . I can understand why the reviews are so bad . If they keep goi n g this route they won’t be in busimess because they won’t have any customers & they can only blame the employees for the way the food is . Maybe it’s time to fire or retrain ur employees.

I recommend not working at this location due to the manager from their corporate is really rude & he wants everyone to take their wedding ring off for some reason, my wife worked their & she told him no she’s not taking it off & she got a write up just for wearing it.
