Horrible customer service! We received the wrong pizza and undercooked cookie! Called the store Matt said he would give us a store credit, I called 2 weeks later and was told there is nothing put in regarding my credit. Latoya the general manager told me she would give me a pizza but that was it. Matt hasn’t been there and could call him to see if he remembers the complaint she was so disrespectful so I asked for corporates number she said there is not one it’s a franchise and if I made a complaint she would be the one receiving it and like she said she will only send a pizza and charge me to deliver it. I didn’t feel comfortable at this point getting any food from this place

This dominos doesn’t seem to care what leaves their store. this is the third time ordering from this location and every single time there has been an issue. Mostly overcooked food and missing ingredients. They are stingy with toppings when they do include them. They don’t care about quality. Can you guess what in the picture? A overcooked mess. Someone needs a management overhaul I think I will go elsewhere from no one. we really enjoy dominos but this location has some issues with quality and possibly their ovens.

the app on my phone wouldn’t work (we wanted to redeem a free pizza) and the worker could’ve had a nicer tone over the phone. but perhaps she was stressed so its alright. love those lava cakes and wings!! great for binging a show with the family 🙂
