If I could rate this lower than 1 star, I would. This has to be the worst fast food restaurant I have ever dined in. I consistently get overly greasy, stale chicken and fries. The only thing I could really guess is “fresh” is the biscuit, and I doubt that’s the case. Also, I always, without a doubt, get food poisoning; it’s as if they’re paying counterfeit money to the inspectors. Don’t go here; I’m still dealing with the consequences on the toilet.

Got food for my mom.. great service and placed look very clean.. my mom had a lot of specifics for her food and the young guy taking the order was very pleasant and made sure she had everything. Mom said did was fresh as well.

Maybe today was a bad day, but when it rains it floods, the parking lot is has a pool in the middle of it going around drive thru. Some old bum disturbing the customers and some but they got on the register was messing up everybody orders and service was forever because of it. And all I ordered was 2 famous bowls and two cakes. One of the cakes were old you can taste it and the nuggets had an aftertaste after the aftertaste.

I went into the restaurant today 07/30/22 and was asking about a menu item that I never saw before which was the ‘mac and cheese bowl’. And the young lady at the register (Jamayah) was so impatient and rude it made me never want to return again. She talked to me like she was talking to a child. No respect for her elders. I also reported her to corporate. The young people need better customer service.

I frequent this place because the food is good. This time I get there and the parking lot was kinda full with both handicapped spots taken by two cars without placards. I informed the manager (btw, there were only two families of four inside) about the violations and she didn’t care about the situation. I have a handicapped placard and couldn’t utilize any of the spots. The manager seemed like she couldn’t be bothered when I asked if she cared about her paying customers as it was obvious that people from neighboring buildings illegally park there. I asked if she recognized the vehicles and she didn’t even want to go outside to see the violators. I called the non emergency police to report the parking violations but couldn’t wait around to see if they came or if the cars were ticketed. I think I will patronize another KFC as this manager turned me off completely.

Drive to move pretty fast, meal tasted great. I ordered The three piece fill up box with two sides. The order was correct, good customer service. They were out of the Nashville sauce/flavor. This is a feature item, Have to have it in stock. Overall great experience.

They forgot to include an item from my over $30 order I called the restaurant several time but no one picked up. The next day I went back with my receipt to retrieve the item that I paid for but did not receive these people at this KFC had such an attitude as if I was getting something for free! No one apologized or at least somewhat courteous regarding their own mistake.
