It’s a bit hot, the weather was hot and air conditioning was almost non existent. BUT!!! THE FOOD WAS AMAZING- alhumdullelah. It was fresh and the portions were good. Check out the grocery store next to the restaurant.I think personally they need to stock up a little more on things but overall, if you’re craving not too oily, not too over spiced halal food. Fresh with good portions. Stop by.

Delicious food and friendly staff. The mantu, Bolani and kabuli are by far the best ones I have tried and I have been to some good afghani restaurants! Will definitely be back!! Thanks for your great service and delicious food. Unfortunately a mantu pic isn’t included because I was too busy devouring it lol

Excellent service and food. Going through Modesto and saw this halal restaurant. It was my first time and the food was amazing. The pulao was nice but the best thing was the lamb kabobs 10/10

I was in Modesto and came across this Halal Afghan place. Fairly new place, opened like few months ago. Restaurant was clean and lot of seating inside. I ordered Lamb shank Pulao, Pizza, Mantu and Chicken Zinger. All of the food was very bland in taste, Pulao i was thinking it would be brown rice, it came out as white rice, with carrots and raisins. Mantu as well was light in taste, Pizza was ok, Zinger burger as well. My request to owner, please taste the items or try some other afghans place in the bay area and improve it from there.
