Sandi’s Hideaway opened in January of 2019. Our goal is to provide the community with a local spot to kick back, have some homemade food and relax. Hidden away, off the beaten path, it is a great place to hang with locals and enjoy great weather on the deck.

Friday fish fry! 3-4 options, I had the “naked “.. it was very well cooked, it tasted amazing, the fries were surprisingly really good, and the coleslaw was excellent. And Chris’s customer service is the best.

Good food. We all had different pizzas and were happy. Beer. Wing Wednesday and fish fry Friday. Also the music was 2000s metal which was awesome for a Sunday afternoon. Sandy told us to come back for the Saturday band and I’m so glad we did. If you can get the ring on the hook in less than 3 tries you are a champion.

Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. Our waitress got our drinks fast and took our order. Then it went down hill from there. After about 10 minutes the same waitress asked if we ordered yet??? Then another 10-15 minutes passed. Finally our food came out. My wife had a calzone. Dough was thick with not much flavor the marinara on the side had the consistency of ketchup. I had the fish fry. Fish wasn’t bad. Fries seemed like the oil needs to be changed. Coleslaw was bland. After we finished our plates they sat while the waitress walked by numerous times. Not once did anyone ask how our food was or if we needed anything after we got our food. Finally our plates were taken away. Then 10 minutes later our waitress asked us if we got our food????????? Clueless.

Burger was good. Clam chowder was ok. Service was slow. Clam chowder came with meal instead of before meal. Served me my food then I asked where clam chowder was. Don’t think we had a server, one person took order, another brought food and when we asked for check they said go up to counter.

We absolutely love this place! The beer is cold, the drinks are strong and the food is delicious!!! We will come back every time we’re in this part of the state. But if Toby so much as approaches our table and attempts to serve us we will run to our car and drive off into the sunset. I think she discovered new ways to sabotage a service experience. If this had been our first visit – it would surely have been our last.

Don’t waste your time this weekend unless you have a reservation. Was told all outside seating was open sitting. Watched multiple tables get service before us, who arrived after us. Moved to the covered patio area and watched a server bring food out to multiple tables and still no one came to take our drink order.
