We went to dinner here on a whim, as we had been meaning to try it since it opened in February. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the excellent service. We did not have reservations but we were greeted right away and seated immediately. The smell of meat was in the air and made our mouths water. We ordered the wagyu sliders for our appetizer and they were delicious. I had the mushroom gnocchi for my entree and it had a light cream sauce that I would have liked to lick from the bowl if no one had been watching. My husband had the pork chop with couscous, which was well done but still moist and amazingly flavorful. We finished with a bananas foster bread pudding to share. It was true comfort food topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce, but I was too full to take more than a couple of bites, which was all right with my husband. All in all, I think we have found a nice casual restaurant with great food, service and atmosphere. We will definitely return.

Our family celebrated a 40th Birthday party and everything went great! We reserved their banquet room and catering and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and service. Everything was delicious! The HillsGastro team was absolutely awesome to work with. They were very professional and their communication was outstanding. I would definitely consider them for future events!

Nice little place, however we were turned off by the amount of flies and bugs flying around, it was due to a open door during lunch time. The food was good but a tad pricey for the portions and overall quality. The pub nachos were light on everything but the chips. The burgers were the best thing along with the drinks with a heavier poor but lacked in taste. The fish n chips were good but were just two slivers of fish not worth the price point. Servers were attentive but seemed distracted often coming in teams and asking the same questions one after another all at once and repeating the question after walking away for a second despite just answering. Good for kids as there were places for kids to be separated from other diners.

I called a week in advance for a reservation of 12, no one got back to me. I called again and made the reservation. The day prior I confirmed only to find out it was never written down and when we arrived I don’t think they had a clue we were coming. The waitress was pleasant but our food came out slow and sporadically. The food was delicious but they need to step up if they want to survive this business.
