Have ordered from here a few times over the last month and have gotten great service, but each time has gotten worse in terms of quality of the sandwich. The lack of lettuce on the sandwich I got today was a joke, and the over all build of the sandwich was just incorrect.

One of the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. The bread was hard as a rock and I had rotten lettuce on my sandwich. Couldn’t finish it. The employees were super friendly and nice though.

I had a subpar experience when I ordered delivery and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. He contacted me personally and was so kind and genuine. My husband and I gave them another try yesterday and it was excellent! Food was delicious and the service was outstanding. This location really cares and has fantastic customer service! Matthew is a phenomenal manager.

I usually come here every once in a while. Lately I have been coming once a week. When I walk in I’m wearing regular business work clothes and the old guy there always enters my order wrong. Most of the time, there is only 1 person in the line in front of me, but for some reason it takes at least 5 minutes to get my order placed. Everybody gets quite and nobody looks me in the eye. It’s like they are nervous to attend to me. I wouldn’t be bothered as much if I wasn’t on my way to work on most of these trips there. Jimmy John’s has always been known for speedy service, so I always give them a chance. No other Jimmy John’s I have ever been to has given me a service issue. Other than that, the sandwich is good, but service outweighs that.
