I haven’t always been impressed with Dunkin in the South, but this one is consistently excellent. Always friendly people working, and the coffee always tastes right. I got a sausage egg and cheese sandwich as well, and it was better than average- it tasted fresh made. I almost always stop here when traveling past or through Florence. It’s worth the stop!

The last couple years we have stopped at this Dunkin’ first thing in the morning during our family road trips. We stop at a lot of different Dunkin’s along the way and this one is by far the best we have ever been to off of 95. The coffee is always exactly as ordered, the sandwiches are perfect, and the hash browns are crispy. The morning crew is friendly and always nails the order. Highly recommend!

Very clean lobby. Inside was not busy at all, but my two coffee’s took longer than expected. Order ended up being wrong and had to wait about 30 sec longer for the correct one. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush. Fresh donuts and delicious coffee! I heard one employee telling drive thru customers, “Thank you for your patience.” I love to hear people acknowledge any delays.

I really loved the food, but it would have been super nice if they cut the sandwiches in half. And my expensive vanilla bean colada was all ice, very disappointing. And there was only one girl making meals for everyone, she was backed up and we waited a long time. More than 15 minutes. And the girl taking orders just passed me by for the next customer in line. Food was fabulous though
