Great sushi spot! Not big on sushi but I think this place just sold me on it. They offered some distinct flavors that I haven’t had at other sushi places. Woulda been a 5 but the assistant sushi chef blabbed to the other the whole time while we sat at the bar. Or just don’t sit at the bar

Our server Samuel was very sincere in helping us. The sushi was very good. I felt the freshness in their product. The ramen, was good, but there wasnt anything particularly special about it. The atmosphere was great.

Great little spot! Family owned and the music was great! Sushi was excellent! Sweet potato tempura was not made with traditional American sweet potatoes and was not cooked all the way (should have been sliced thinner), but otherwise a great place!

Coming from someone who’s been to Japan a few times, ten Japan definitely recreates the feeling of what a real authentic Japanese restaurant is. Most restaurants in Japan are small hole in the wall spots like this which makes the ambiance so much better. The sushi and ramen is really good! I always look foward to eating at this place because it makes me feel like I’m back in Japan. Definitely a hidden gem here in gilroy for Japanese food

Super super super yummy! I am actually glad the restaurant down a few doors turned us away and we ended up at this fabulous diamond hiding in the rough. The owner (Joe- in English spelling) is absolutely preparing magic! The sauces, the dressing, the garlic edamame..for criminal sakes it should be available by the gallons! I tried, like many before me, to get a container of sauce or dressing so I could possibly just eat it by the spoonful at home! The seafood was so fresh and perfect, the service quick and friendly, and the garlic edamame is seriously to die for! We just found our favorite Japanese place in Cali! We do love our Japanese Steakhouse meals, but this place…wow..just wow! I am positive every meal is gonna be heavenly

Great find. Had a bit of four rolls and enjoyed each. Ingredients were flavorful the fish was fresh. We arrived about one hour before closing and never felt rushed or like we were being an inconvenience.
