I’m leaving this review with mixed emotions about this location, I am a third party food delivery driver & Ive picked up orders from here several times ! Last night about 8pm I was there & an employee begun to “bicker” at the manager I believe her name was Marie or Merrit she attempted to descalate the situation I even commented to her about her professionalism . I doubt my review will make a change but corporate or upper management should recognize that manager for her outstanding job she deserved an applaud !! & whoever the male employee was I would never want him representing my company! In my 56 years of life. & 4 of food delivery I’ve never seen an employee like this to another employee !

I Just left this location getting my lunch and KUDOS to everyone on staff! Great, friendly, welcoming service. I asked for Extra Extra pickles and they DID NOT disappoint!! My sandwich was Absolute Perfection! And I could not have gotten better service and great food all at the same time .

Stephanie helped me today with a catering order and nailed it! It’s rare to find anyone working or provide any sort of customer service so I was really grateful for her help. They had no drivers but she helped me with a solution and got the order going right away. Most places act annoyed by their customers attempting to give them money so this was very refreshing. Last week some co-workers of mine waited 59 minutes for their subs at this location. I didn’t let that stop me from trying them out myself. I decided to order online as to help ensure I didn’t have the same problem. I ordered an italian and when I arrived 15 minutes later it was not ready and I still had to wait. Got back to my office, took a bite and noticed that they forgot to put any meat on it. I have tried calling several dozen times but their phone is off the hook and I am too busy to go back in person. I would stay away unless you are feeling really lucky.
