Horrible experience. Ordered my food and paid. Went forward to get my food thrown out the window in a hurry without my drink by a manager! Sorry no smile or thank you for coming. Just here! Then she gave me a look because she forgot my drink. Asked for my drink and the manager got upset and said I didn’t order a drink. 2 for $6 plus 1.50 frozen coke is $8.25 I definitely ordered and paid for my drink. Got home. Sandwich was covered in mayo the lettuce thrown into the bag. Asked for only mayo and lettuce got mayo butter lettuce and pickles in a hot mess of a bag. I was the only car in the drive through and they couldn’t even manage my small order. Yeah couldn’t eat anything. At least my drink was made by a machine because dam I can’t wait til McDonald’s is automated and no one can mess up my simple order! While complaining about not making enough money! Right do a better job and maybe you’ll see more pay!

The intercom needs to be fixed at the Old Town Road location and kept up with … you can’t hear anything, and you have to yell … no way is this helpful … also if you order a large drink and you receive a medium … you tell the person at the window this is not a large .. she tells you it’s what was rung up, told her I wanted a large, she shut the window and walked away … I know dam well I ordered a large drink … pay attention, dont just walk away … I guess she was having a bad day, but really, lady … I know the line was long, but still. I told them I would be giving you a bad review … screw me, and I screw you … McChicken’s was great … who ever did them … great job …
