TERRIBLE. I ordered a salad- went through the entire ordering process and sat at the cash register waiting for her to make (2) two other orders before getting cashed out. When I asked for my dressing, she said they were all out. Why would you let me order a salad without informing me this at the beginning?! Then I get home to eat, and there was a ton of water at the bottom of my salad. It seemed staff was more focused on closing up than taking care of customers. There were several people in the kitchen area cleaning – but no help taking orders/cashing out up front.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. My co workers and I ordered chipotle online and got it delivered. Her lettuce was all brown AND THERE WAS A BUG IN MY FOOD. Absolutely digusting, I almost ate it. This place is dirty and unclean. We had to reach out to customer care because no one in that place answers the phone.

I just left the drive through and had an awful experience!!! They didn’t have my order ready. One staff member tried to give me an order that had been sitting there. DISGUSTING!!! Then when I asked to speak to the manger he got another staff member. He made me my order but the food quality was awful. The rice was either over cooked or not cooked because it was hard. Barley any chicken veggies, salsa & sour cream. It is a shame what this location has turned into. I will not be going back to this location.

This location I think has a really hard time keeping employees. I have never seen the same person twice. Quality suffers because of this. As does the atmosphere. The dining area is always dirty. The bathrooms always stink because they aren’t cleaned regularly. The are always out of at least 1 ingredient or menu item. This could be a supply issue too, but when they run out of sofritas, I am thinking that’s just because nobody prepped it or nobody wants to warm any up. Half the time we go they are also out of chips. It’s less convenient for us to go to the newer location near the EG line but I think next time we will go there instead. I have never had a bad experience at the 1200 Quaker lane location.

This place is very poorly run. There were two birds flying around the dining room, miserable staff, and the trash was overflowing with piles of bags on top. Staff were dropping F-bombs whenever more people joined the line.

Oh my god…I cannot believe what I just witnessed!! Workers are lazy and had the restaurant all closed chairs up when they are still open for two hours..BUT THATS NOT THE WORST PART!! Workers were throwing the food at each other!! Throwing tortillas all over the restaurant and slapping each other with them! THEN…the woman working there picked up the tortilla and started cleaning the counters with it! It was one of the most unsanitary places I have ever seen in my life, my cousin and I were repulsed don’t ever go here! The food was all over the counters and looked rotted! While we were standing there waiting to order the staff continued to fool around, play fight, and have food fights! So unprofessional we left immediately!

Today I watched a customer go in and try to place an order. She explained kindly that she has Celiac Disease and therefore her food cannot be cross contaminated with any kind of gluten. The staff member who she was talking to, walked away from her. The second staff member asked about the food restriction and she explained how she has Celiac Disease and is unable to eat gluten and asked if they could make her something without gluten and without cross contact of gluten. The guys chuckled and shook their heads. She politely said “It’s okay. Thank you.” and walked out.

Awful experience, waited a couple minutes for the girl at the front as she cleaned the station. She yelled to the back like 3 times to another person, to take our order. Didn’t even say she’d be right with us, and the other girl was “too busy” with something else instead of taking our orders. The food was okay. The girl who came out from the back stared at me and my friend until we asked what we wanted, and then she gave us some skimpy portions. Now they’re blasting rap music in the back.

This store is the biggest disappointment of the chipotle brand. I’ve had nothing but issues here; Anything from vulgar music, massive order delays (45m+), filthy conditions, to skimping on portions. You’re better off making to drive to another location. I’ve chatted with customer service on several issues and nothing changes.
