Terrible experience here tonight. We were seated relatively quickly but we waited over an hour for appetizers to arrive and an additional 45 minutes for cold soup and main meals. We asked for something, anything to tide over our kids – like chips and salsa and that was apparently not possible. Food was mediocre at best. What was most disappointing was that the manager didn’t seem bothered in the least or try to help the situation. I saw another group make similar complaints and same for chips while they waited – when they turned around, the manager gave their waiter a big eye roll – very unprofessional way to deal with legitimate complaints.

Absolutely horrible, whoever these 5 star ratings are they must be friends. Got a bowl of cold chili that was size of a small cup for 16 dolllars. Gave them feedback and they said “thats it” also had 3 tacos that were cold and at a scam price. Place is going to fail soon. Good riddance!

we ate here tonight, and got a table pretty quickly, but didn’t get our food until almost 2 hours after being seated. We even asked for chips and salsa because it was taking so long, and they didn’t even give us that. When we did get our food, the soups were cold, and the food was average. Mexican food shouldn’t take 2 hours to make. They didn’t even try to make it right, and the manager didn’t seem bothered at all that every table in the restaurant had been waiting for their food for at least an hour.

We had such a great meal here. The server was genuinely friendly and so helpful. The nachos, drinks and dinner were delicious. I know it’s been hectic getting open but the only thing I can mention that can improve is the the lighting and ambiance. A couple of wall sconces and table candles will make all the difference. So happy you are a part of the sugarloaf experience.

phenomenal service from the proprietor of this wonderful Sugarloaf establishment – super impressed with everything except the price – just a bit steep but could be that it is at Sugarloaf – leap years better than the Farmington Unos Mas – whatever special sauce they have at the ‘Loaf is not at the Farmington spot which is unfortunate but at least how i see it

Very disappointed in this restaurant. It was extremely expensive, and was trying to be very upscale, but missed on several counts. They couldn’t even provide chips and salsa without you paying extra. I ordered the steak tacos and what showed up was a well done but stone cold steak on a plate and a pile of tortillas to make my own. Not really what I was looking for after a day of skiing, especially when paying nearly $30 a plate. Will not be coming back, recommend to avoid, Cant wait for them to get the next restaurant contestant into this constantly revolving space. 1/5.

I had the adobo pork tacos and they were amazing. The chips were freshly cooked and just the right amount of salty. Everyone at my table was happy with their food. Very good experience. Highly recommend.
