Stopped by and went through the drive thru around 8:30 pm on a Saturday night. The window was gross, the cashier never spoke to me, my fries were undercooked and the ice cream sundae was melted before it made it out of the window. I sat patiently for my drink after I was handed my food and it was obvious it was forgotten. No apologies and no real concern for customers or appearance. There is no pride in service. It looks like the management that actually cares needs to work some weekend nights. I don’t know if Mark still owns it, but it’s not the same DQ it used to be. I have gotten much better service at McDonalds and that’s saying a lot.

Drove up and the lights were on, pulled up to the drive-thru and waited for about 5 minutes, nobody answered on the speaker. We noticed as we were leaving the lights had been turned off an hour and a half before closing.

Go here and order THE SAME THING, this is the 4th visit and it’s never the same. My husband and I get literally the same thing. Last time I paid $10, today I paid $15. They wanna charge for “add ins” but really it is subbing out things that area come in a blizzard. For instance a heath brownie cup, cheesecake pieces instead of heath. It’s not the first time that the price is inconsistent and it is really annoying. As well as they don’t fill the cup up, today I got a cup half filled with ice cream.

Cleanest DQ I’ve seen so far. Very nice drive thru lady. Fast service too. I highly recommend this place to eat for quick bite. If you get the A1 burger ask for extra A1. What is put up there is not enough. Great place

I went there on 11/29/22 at 7:18pm the young lady at the window who name I believe was ALYSSIA was not customer friendly at all. There was a customer in front of us who had a dog which she was all out the window touching and letting the dog eat ice cream. Which held us up from getting our food. When I got to the window I asked her did she wash her hands or change her gloves which I never saw her do. But after I questioned her she was not friendly at all. Have to do better than that.
