I have tried so hard to find great tacos in Ohio. They nailed it! Best Tacos I have had since I was in Texas! The service was super friendly and inviting! The only thing I can say, while the sauces were delicious! I should have asked if they had a hotter sauce.

Guelaguetza food truck came to my apartment complex this evening. I have friends who have raved about this food truck and I was so excited to finally try the food myself….It was by far the BEST AUTHENTIC Mexican food! I ordered the Steak Burrito and Chicken Quesadilla. Both were very delicious!!! The Portions are incredible (I definitely have leftovers!) and the prices are very reasonable. Everything on the menu looked delicious. The staff is very kind.The person who took my order and gave me my food was so incredibly nice and amazing. She even offered me a free drink 🙂 First thing tomorrow morning, I’m telling my property manager to have this food truck come back on a regular basis! I 100% recommend this food truck!

Had their food for the first time at BBQ & Bluegrass in Plain City. BEST FISH TACOS IN COLUMBUS AREA!!! Seriously, I lived in San Diego for 8 years and developed a fish taco addiction that I haven’t been able to satisfy until I happened upon this food truck. I will definitely be seeking them out again! The people who work the truck are also super friendly… definitely worth a visit!

Cannot recommend them enough. They catered a neighborhood party for 100+ people. Easy to coordinate with and set up. Showed up in plenty of time and ready to go. Food was delicious, portions were big, everything was reasonably priced (even ordered fresh churros and home made ice cream), and there was barely every a line or long wait.

We ate here during the Pumpkins Aglow festival at Franklin Conservatory and were so impressed! Not only was the food fresh, delicious, and hot, but they were BUSY and were cranking food out very quickly. We got street tacos and a burrito guelaguetza – both were fantastic. Prices were also very reasonable! We’ll be on the lookout for them in the future.

We had Guelaguetza at our facility for a staff party. Ruby was so responsive with e-mails and calls and was on top of everything! They were so prepared to serve over 100 employees! They took no time at all cooking the food and did everything with a smile! I would say they had the best customer service I have ever received from a food truck! I would highly recommend this food truck for any event or if you just stumble across them. The food is DELICIOUS!!! After our event several employees were asking where to find them again!
