We tried to get a pizza and ordered online. The wait time was supposed to be 50 Min. After we waited 90 minutes we decided to call and see where it was. I used to order carryout a lot from you guys. But you have gone up tremendously in the last few months to the point I feel there are no good deals anymore. I used to get a large 3 topping pizza for $7.99 for carryout. Now it’s $8.99 for medium. Really? That’s how you keep customers? I will not order anything else til you guys quit the price gauging. Pizza Hut is running a good deal now. Sounds good to me!

Alrighty guys, the Dominos has progressively gotten worse over the years. We ordered a large spinach, tomatoes, chicken pizza. 1/2 of the pizza had 4 pieces of chicken and like 5 tomato cubes, and half of the cheese a pizza should have. Now I get it, bad days, rough shift, whatever… but for real? Whoever made this pizza knew it wasnt up to standard, then someone got it out of the oven, hacked the pizza up, knew it still wasnt up to standard and sent it out the door for delivery… c’mon we paid $24 for a dough and sauce pizza?!?!

Incompetent delivery drivers!!! William is apparently a delivery driver and can’t find your address this has happened twice in a row now and I have never had issues and I order from this location in Covington at least once a week sometimes twice. Twice in a row this same driver had issues. This last time I got the message saying my order was delivered and it wasn’t so I called the store and they processed to let me know there was a mix up yet would not explain and said it would be another 35-40 mins after already waiting 40 mins. And didn’t want to do anything about it. Horrible customer service as I’m also in the customer service business and would never treat a customer like this especially if I knew it was my or my teams fault. To bad this location doesn’t know about honesty. And how to treat their customers. That’s why you work at dominos.
