Paid a visit to this burger joint and was instantly transported back to my childhood days. The burgers were incredibly juicy, and the fries? Perfectly crispy, just the way I like them. There’s a nostalgic, small-town feel to the place, emphasized by its drive-through setup with just two lanes. What stood out was the freshness of the burger, made right when ordered. I’d recommend for anyone craving some good old-fashioned burger goodness!

Stopped by to try their burgers because of the reviews after I left a doctor’s appointment in League City. The burger patties was juicy but it didn’t have enough seasoning/flavor. I added cheese, jalapenos, bacon, mayo, ketchup, pickles, onions, lettuce, and tomatoes. The toppings gave the burger most if not all it’s flavor. The fries were nice and crispy. Mr. Burger in Beaumont, Silsbee, and Orange Texas is still my favorite burger spot!

We’ve been coming to Bases what an what are you trying to get her fired ever since we moved here six years ago. And it’s always been great. However, today through the drive-through, there was very poor customer service. The teenager taking my order was speaking in slang and she did not take my order correctly. I’ve never had to check my orders before because they never mess it up. I realize it’s summer and we hire teenagers to work but if I pay for something I want to get what I paid for.

I went to basis here Baytown lastweak. I was in there about 7 minutes. I got my Burger I went home it was Great a William Monday of this week. I was there now maybe 2 minutes, 3 minutes. I got my order came home. That’s the worst hamburger I got from there. The meat world needed warm. The fries wouldn’t even warm. That’s pearful. I didn’t cook it soon as I got there.

Normally we have great food from here. Last night I ordered a chicken fried steak sandwich and it was hard as a brick, dry. I can’t believe they put that on a bun and sold it. You couldn’t even bite through it. I called to talk to a manager the next day and got a kid on the phone. Hope they get to the bottom of it.

The manger Ruby Is the most sweetest soul and a very hard worker . I watch her jump on 3 stations in less the 6 mins . She took my order outside the door ,then the person on the headset order and she charge the person at window and then jumped on the grill and fries. They were shorthanded she did everything with a big smile on her face . She’s a team player kept telling her team they were all doing good and not to stress out . The 6 mins I was there I could tell she is an amazing leader for that crew. You don’t find a lot of people like her in this world . Good job Ruby and everyone that work with her today . My food was amazing like always . I love bases!
