I just called to order and the lady ask if I spoke Spanish and I said no, then she hangs up on me. I understand a lot of people in this neighborhood speak Spanish and Portuguese but think of how much business you miss out on with no English speaking workers.

The attention is not the best, there is no kindness to the client or interest in serving, I am a new client who entered the flavor of encebollado by recommendation, which was excellent, that is why I give it a 3-star rating. They can improve customer service and indicate the values of the dishes because they never told me how much it costs, nor what is the value of additional items such as fried plantains or soft drinks.
