Weird that this location doesn’t have you order in the front of the store where the menu is. The person on the register was a bit slow, maybe new idk. Food was excellent, steak was seasoned well, and the fries were actually extra crispy like I asked for. Overall probably the best food from any location I’ve been to, but seems like they’ve reduced their portions like every other restaurant.

i am never a person who writes reviews but i had to! i haven’t tried my food yet so we will see but immediately upon walking in the staff is so so very friendly. more friendly than most food places i have been to. i am a regular at the penn station on rangeline but happened to be in westfield and love LOVE the service. the girl at the front is super kind but one of the guys, Justin was so personable making jokes, checking on tables even though this is fast food, and much more. truly a great community here! your food never fails so i’m sure it’ll be a 5 as well.

This penn stations spot was one of my favorites. I use to order at least three times a week when I was out of commission due to a broken ankle. The manager on-site was perfect and could make tasty food. They have had a new manager for around a year or so and every time I get anything the food is bad. No flavor and not made with love. I wish the old manager would come back and revive this place. I haven’t been back in a while and don’t plan on it either.
