Food was pretty good (got the orange chicken and beef & broccoli). Service could use some improvement, they weren’t rude, but not courteous either. The big problem can be when you dine in. During my experience, many of the tables were still dirty. They claimed they were to busy to see to the dining area, but observation indicated they had time for a simple wipe down during a lull in customer orders. “If you can lean, you can clean” was applicable to this situation.

Food was not hot and it looked dry! Chow mein was definitely extra dry! I’m disappointed for choosing this option today! This was not appetizing at all

Absolutely unprofessional. Placed an online order 2 hours in advance. Showed up and waited in line. Once I was up it was already 15 minutes past my order ready time and still my order wasn’t ready or even started. Instead of filling my order, they proceeded to serve everyone in line before even looking at the order I placed. When trying to get understanding from the manager, she refused to look me in the eyes, she tried to deny my physical receipt. When I requested customer service number she said look online. Absolutely worst professionalism from a manager to a paying customer. This establishment will never see any of my families business again!

I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes, pulled up to the speaker and waited another few minutes. Nothing was said over the speaker, so I said “hello”. No response, so I assumed the speaker is broken and I need to communicate face to face. I pull up and nobody is at the window, so I wait a couple more minutes. Finally Edwin comes to the window and I tell him what happened. He told me he can’t take orders at the window. So I just wasted 20 minutes of my lunch break to walk away empty handed. If you can’t handle a drive through then close it. If you can’t take orders at the window then maybe tell me it’ll be a few minutes on the speaker.

Classic Panda Express: perpetually short staffed, out of maybe 1/3 of the dishes at any given time. Person taking your order acts like you either insulted their entire family (which I’m sure I didn’t) or interrupted them doing million dollars business (most sincere apologies if that’s the case). Love it!

The last two times I’ve ordered chicken egg rolls, they were greasy, grainy blobs. You might want to consider getting the spring rolls instead.

Ordered inside 2 separate plates. Asked for egg rolls which we were told would have to wait 8 minutes for… Fine, but appeared very well staffed yet we were treated so rudely, we heard staff yelling and at one another and the angered seemed to be reflected back on us and the rude treatment began. So we sat to eat our food inside since had to wait for egg rolls. The egg rolls when we finally received them were so loaded with salt and some odd burnt taste that we could not eat them. Took them to the counter for our money back… Was told just because we didn’t like them we could not get our monet refunded. I stated had eaten their egg rolls before but these were inedible do to the overload of salt and burnt strange taste. I was not getting my money back at all. The rudeness from the start to the end of our experience was terrible… Plus I had to clean off a table for us to eat at as every table was filthy, yet staff were just standing around doing nothing. This is the 2nd recent bad experience, and the last.

The world has gone mad, When you go to a Panda Express and wait 30 minutes for fried rice on a Friday night at 7PM. Spoke with Isabella, the manager who tells me she was short staffed with five employees. Clown Show!!!

Every single time the food is always up to the standards of my kindergarten. However, the service is never up to my standards- im never greeted, left waiting, and constantly receiving negative responses from one worker in particular. Pay them more please and thanks.
