This was my first time to WHO’s got Soul Southern Cafe and it was so disgusting. I hate to be so dramatically blunt about this. I wanted fish but some how nothing on the menu that was fried couldn’t happen because the fryer was down. So I decided to get the the veggie plant which 3 sides is 9.00 like what the hell $3.00 for a scoop of pinto beans (2scoops) because they were the only thing that looked appealing and a scoop of zucchini and squash. I just knew the pinto beans would be awesome. Let me tell you’ll they were sweet as hell Who’s cooking back there!!!! Couldn’t be a African American person. PSA!!! Pinto Beans are suppose to be savory not sweet leave the Sugar to the sweet lemonade you guys are serving. The zucchini and yellow squash tasted like black pepper blandness. Let me not forget the cornbread muffin… how you do you mess up cornbread. It tasted like wet paste cornmeal. Should have used milk not water.

This location WHO’s Got Soul is the best of all! The food is always fresh, seasoned correctly, and most importantly Good Customer Service! They treat you that you would want to return. You are able to enter the restaurant to order, you can stay inside until your order is ready. You can sit and eat inside of a booth is available. I have been coming here for years and I would recommend anyone to support this business. My family’s favorite dishes are rib tips, THE DRESSING, ox tails, banana pudding and the lemonade or peach juice! They will not disappoint ❤️

Got me the ‘4 veggie plate’. Collard greens, mac n chz, dressing and candied yams. Greens were tender, not mushy and had a very light sweetness to it. Mac n Chz good. The dressing was very moist but had a taste I wasn’t able to distinguish, slightly disappointed because I was craving for some dressing. I don’t know if it was the dressing or the gravy. I was surprised when I was informed that they charge $.80 for dressing on the side. It’s not like I wanted extra just wasn’t sure what it tasted like cuz everybody’s gravy ain’t good, but nonetheless, I told them to put a little bit on it. Candied yams were on point, tho.

We drove 35 miles north to get some good soul food. I looked at the reviews, and all was well, so we decided to check this location out. I brutally regret getting food from this location. I’m not sure what happened or didn’t. The only thing I know is that my whole family has been sick since we ate here. We have a case of food poisoning. We purchased on Sunday, 8/20, and as of 8/22, we are all still messed up. My mother inlaw fell, trying to rush to the bathroom. I can’t keep anything down. I was hesitant about leaving this review. However, I just wanted to make you aware of our encounter. We will never ever purchase food from this establishment moving forward, that’s only if we survive! our bill total was approximately $100

Slow service , No Gravy ,No Flavor..the people wasn’t the problem it was the food..very sad…turkey needed to be cooked more…greens was dry..dressing wassss delicious but not enough gravy andddd cornbread was oily, horrible and just nawwww couldn’t do the survey on that scanning part but maybe it’s just that shift that can’t cook..it depends on the chef!!

The line was long because, at that time, they were still following COVID protocol. Unfortunately, I felt the food looked better than it tasted. Friendly service. Thumbs up for their homemade lemonade though. Worth the price.

I had the collard greens , Mac n cheese, yams, black eyed peas , yellow rice , turkey wing and the baked chicken!!!! First southern place I’ve been in Ga. And I did not have a complaint!!! Everything was fresh and delicious!!! Customer Service was southern hospitality at its finest!

This place has gone downhill!!! The worse part is their customer service skills. There is one person who is pleasant. She’s very quiet & sweet. Today a woman making plates was just NOT patient! She used greasy gloved hands to pick up fried chicken wings!!! WHY doesn’t she use tongs?!! Her hands should NOT be on ANY food!! If gloved hands touch everything around there’s no point in wearing gloves. The food is not fresh! I ordered peach cobbler & look at it! A mess! I will NOT be back!
