Wow! I stopped by on a whim driving past and the food was delicious! I had the burrito with steak and it was super fresh and had great flavor. The perfect amount of spice. Keep up the good work! I’ll definitely be back soon!

We stumbled across this food truck on a day trip to Prescott today. The food was incredible! We had the chicken tacos, mahi mahi taco, and quesadilla. And all of it was so good! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re up that way!

I was looking forward to having a Friday taco lunch today and arrived at your food truck at 11:30 am. It was shut down and nobody was around. I don’t see how this business will succeed. No food prep was taking place to be ready for lunch customers at 11:30. Sorry it’s one and done for me.

Wow! Quality of the food simply amazing. Burrito was great our kids loved the tacos, chips and salsa were terrific as well. Everything was fresh and well put together. This place just got bumped up to one of our favorites. Well done.

Shawn and Holly catered our wedding and were great to work with! Totally flexible which was great during a pandemic wedding. The food and price were great! My MOH happened to have their tacos for lunch and then recommended to our friends they go there for lunch. I had to have her text everyone and go else where so they didn’t ruin dinner, so what I’m saying is really good food!

Gringo’s catered our wedding day, and let me say it may have been the hit of the night! By far the best tacos in the Prescott area, and Northern Arizona. They outdid themselves with a quick and professional setup, extraordinary food, and an experience we will never forget! Highly recommend Gringo’s just for lunch, or when you’re trying to feed 150+ people!

Wow! Stopped here because the wife wanted lunch. She and I are food snobs and think Prescott doesn’t have much to offer when it comes to culinary diversity or great food. Some are good enough to rate 4 stars but rarely does a place here hit above the mark. These guys do. They have the best tacos in Prescott! Let me know if you find any place better than here.
