My daughter bought an XL lemonade cherry flavored. They changed her an extra 1.00 for the flavor. This has never been the case before. Perhaps because of the covid they are changing extra fine. So my daughter tastes the lemonade and it is sour. She asked me to try it and in fact it was sour. I told my daughter to go back to advise them and to have them add more sweetener. She said they wouldn’t without additional payment! I go over to help with the resolve but I was met with grave opposition. The lady “April” advised she could not add the sweetener without charging us…. I advised if she could not fix my beverage I wanted my money back. She refused saying the drink was half full wish was not true. Then she said there is no manager there so she can not refund me. All she could do is write my information down and I will get a call back whenever they would return…. This was the absolute worst customer service I have received! I will be contacting corporate regarding this encounter and the explain the unacceptable behavior that was received.

I had a turkey corndog and either the grease was bad, the hotdog, or whatever is in the breading because I was extremely nauseous after finishing it and ended up vomiting it all up. I will never ever ever eat from this or any other location again

Girl making food didn’t change her gloves and was touching money. Didn’t wash her hands and was touching the food. Disgusting. She didn’t fill up my $5.99 drink even close to the top. Her name was Isabel. I didn’t wanna be rude so I didn’t tell her to wash her hands but won’t be going back. Didn’t even eat or drink my food.

Never been able to try their food. The address they have on Grubhub is wrong so the order gets cancelled by the driver. Ordered food from them via their own website with the correct address and both Doordash and Google eats says it is impossible access them. At first it just shows the order ready for an extended time and keeps moving the delivery eta back, when I try to call no one picks up, goes to a recording or gets disconnected. Didn’t show my order cancelled until I got in my car to drive there, about an hour after the food was supposed to be delivered.

They refused my pregnant wife and me service because they were 3 orders behind . Irene let me know that she wasn’t able to take my order because she was backed up 3 orders and they have to all take lunch . I don’t understand y they couldn’t stagger their lunches like anyone else. I haven’t eaten at this chain in many years, due to rarely being in areas with their locations. I was excited to see it when visiting Arden Fair mall (oddly there are two within the mall: one near a main entrance and another at the food court). I ordered a couple of my favorite cheese on a stick and a lemonade. The lemonade was fresh and good tasting as expected, but the cheese sticks are not what they used to be. The first thing I noticed was that the amount of cheese on the stick, is much smaller than it was originally. Then it’s dipped in ample batter before frying, which masks how much cheese isn’t there, until you bite into it. I can’t say if the hotdogs have also shrunk or taken a dip in quality, but the desire and craving to eat here again is gone. Sadly this seems to be yet another company that is cutting corners on consumers, to boost profits. That aside, the place was clean and service ok overall. I did also give a pass for overcooking my food, in eagerness to enjoy what was a long time favorite.
