We just got take out and food was great! Service was fast. The three workers there were nice. The lady who took our order took the time to let my bf know what was in a few of the meals. She also let me know I had a reward, which most don’t! Would recommend, will be back! Thank you!

We order from work all of the time but today I had a craving and drove out to this CC location. I ordered the roasted garlic cream tortellini. I WAS DISSATISFIED THIS TIME. My tortellini was burnt and it tasted like it was burnt with gravy sauce. Ive had this dish about 6 times in all so I know this time it was not prepared correctly.

We love Noodles and Company but this one was not very clean. The bathrooms were terrible, no paper towels and one stall did not have any toilet paper. The floors were dirty and the sinks has stuff all over them. The restaurant it self had was not clean, the trash was full.and the counters were not wiped down. We usually visit this restaurant after my son’s appointment, but we will be looking for a different place if this continues.

Erica, the manager, was awesome. She tried her best to lead her crew. Giving them direct and clear instructions. It was a busy dinner rush. A couple of employees must have been new because they really did not know what they were doing. And one guy literally just stood at the prep counter doing nothing.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE TODAY! I placed an order online for quick pick up. I ran into the lobby, grabbed my bag and went back to the office. Opened my lunch and took maybe 4 bites before noticing a BABY ROACH baked/melted into the cheese on the top of my meal. I immediately took pictures, threw the food away and called the store. When I called a woman answered the phone and I asked for a manager. She said “I am one, how can I help you” after hesitating. I explained what had happened and she said “Ope let me transfer you”. A gentleman then picked up the line and stated that he was the manager. I explained the situation again and he ASKED ME TO BRING THE FOOD BACK TO THE STORE FOR A REFUND. I’m sorry, what? I explained that the food was in the garbage but I had pictures. He asked me to email them, which I did but he would NOT confirm that I would get a refund for this debacle. I’d steer clear unless you are looking for extra protein in your lunch…..

The food was terrible. The place was dirty. The guy who took our order had long, unkempt hair. He also served us our order. The ice machine was empty. They were out of coke. The dr. Pepper had no fizz. The place and it’s employees need a good scrub.

I used to come to this location regularly because I worked in the area. In the last few years, I hadn’t been back because I moved. Within the last week, I have been by twice because I went out of my way to get it. The first time I noticed that the restaurant had started to look pretty run down, but I didn’t really look hard because I had always had such a great experience in the past. When I went today, I realized how bad of shape the restaurant was in and how the staff couldn’t have cared less. To list a few things: half the ceiling lights were out, including in the Women’s restroom, the soda machine had fingerprints all over it and was incredibly sticky (I had to clean it off before using it myself), there are holes that were patched in the walls, but never painted back over, and there was only one trash receptacle that was so full, people had started piling up the bags/trash beside it. The list goes on and on, but needless to say, I will probably not be back unless major staff and interior changes are made. It’s unfortunate to see a decent restaurant go down the drain.
