This place is usually good but when I got home I realized I received an almost full bag of half raw chips and half of it was crumbled up pieces. Some chips were wet and soggy as well. Also my bowl came completely open and not closed at all luckily it didn’t spill over. Quality control is definitely needed

I ordered 3 veggie tacos with sides however half my order was missing. The tacos that they did make had 1 piece of bell pepper and Lettuce. What the actual heck! When I took the order back and asked to remake the attitude of the employees was absolutely ridiculous. Never once apologized. Told me they were out of veggies and that they are very busy. Took the food and threw it in the garbage and rolled their eyes at me. Worst service and absolutely unprofessional behavior.

By far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Staff is unbelievably incompetent. Who hires these people? Missing items, attention to detail is lacking. Had to wait 40 minutes for a pick up order while I watched 10+ customers get their food in front of me. You have 3 people working and one of your employees walks out the door to go vape in the parking lot. Hilarious. Meanwhile I have to ask 3 times for my pickup order to get started and then upon receiving my order they forget the chips. I’d leave 0 stars if I could.

I was blown away by the ambiance and attention to detail that this restaurant offers. If you live in the Naples Florida area you must go to enjoy a great meal prepared by the most experienced Chipotle style Mexican food. If you haven’t been here you should be ashamed of yourself. The most recent reviews are spot-on. Every time I try to go here after work, they’re out of everything. Last night they didn’t have rice, beans, tomatoes, lettuce, fajitas, or guacamole and it was only 9pm. The blonde girl who claims to be a manager is one of the rudest, most incompetent people I’ve encountered in the service industry. Honestly, corporate should do everyone a favor and shut this location down.

Avoid Sunday night. Yikes. Slow. Had to refold my burrito. Chips were stale. Normally, this is the better location. **Update – lately this location has been a hot mess. No chips. Dried out rice. Messed up orders. Dirty tables (probably due to being busy/understaffed).
