The folks working here have a very, very difficult time making orders correctly. Twice in one week they have made our burgers completely wrong. They advertise “200,000+” different combinations and claim you can “have it your way,” but if you request any minor alteration to the toppings on your burger, it’s like you’re speaking a foreign language to them. Also, expect to spend 20 minutes or more in the drive through at any time. With how long they take to prepare the food, you’d expect your order to be correct.

This was the worst Burger King I ever went to. Located on Rohrerstown Rd in Lancaster. Staff standing around. Took over 10 min to get meal. There was no line. No receipt given so I couldn’t sign on line. Whopper Jrs were cold. Cheese was not even melted. Never will go back again. Had to go home and heat the burger. Smh

Is it your goal to hire people who have 0 personality?? No one in the dining room and it took 45 minutes for food that was cold and dry. No one is wearing gloves or hats in the food service area as they make and serve the food. Major health code violation (I am servsafe certified) manager training is severely rude to the new girl. Do not order from here ever.

As far as fast food places go, this is my preferred Burger King. It is a bit of a pain to get in and back on the road though if you are in a hurry, but that is how the roads are set up, nothing that BK can really do about it.

The worst customer service! The morning/late night staff never gets the order right or the food is cold. The lobby is also never open, which is such an inconvenience. When you ask why they either ignore you or they say due to short staff-meanwhile there is 5-6 people in the back. The drive thru is always down to one lane as well-which causes long waits. Why have two lanes if you never are going to use them?? Poor excuse. If I could give this place zero stars I would! Never again!

Some of you are just lazy. How are you going to lie and say there’s no bbq or ketchup (i called so don’t even try lying again)? It was a pick up order so you had time to make sure the order was correct. Also, someone forgot my cookies & drink. Yall messed up with that cause im pregnant and really wanted those cookies. Didn’t even have the decency to say anything about them not being in the bag either. There was a whole 30 mins till closing left. No need to be rushing orders. It’s not going to make time go faster. It’s just making BK look bad. If you can avoid this location please do. It’s not the first time they screw up.

Horrible and extremely RUDE customer service!!!!!!!!!!! I was the only customer and I went through the drive thru and asked for a receipt and you would of thought I asked the cashier for a kidney!! Got a dirty look and attitude, then she said they will give you one down there. Then a young women gave me food and I asked for a receipt and rolled her eyes and again massive attitude!! She didn’t say a word to me a handed the receipt out the window. Come on!!! It’s a receipt!!!! Horrible experience for being the ONLY CUSTOMER WITH AT LEAST 5 EMPLOYEES WORKING!!!

I’ve been going to McDonald’s and Wendy’s for awhile, but I recently stopped at Burger King in Lancaster Pa recently. The burger was freshly made, the staff was unexpectedly friendly and the fries were really, really good too! I’ll be coming back.

Just don’t bother coming here. If i could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been here several times hoping to get a better experience, but have yet to. Today was the worst I’ve had yet. I placed my order in the drive through. It was read back correct but, I couldn’t double check as the drive through screen wasn’t operational. I get to the 1st window, my order is read back, and it’s incorrect. But, my card had already been swiped. The manager had to come give me a small refund. I was never given a receipt so I can only guess that what I was given was priced correctly. The 2nd drive through operator literally stuck her body out of the window while I was waiting for my refund to motion me forward as if I was some Neanderthal who’d never been through a drive through. When I got the 2nd window her demeanor never changed. As I drove away I checked my order. It was the wrong sandwiches and I was missing an item. I was already crunching time at this point, but went in to get my correct order. It was fixed. But, my food was cold and stale. I must reiterate. Just don’t bother coming here.
