My wife had been wanting Pizza Hut for a while. We were finally able to get to one. She wanted to sit down and enjoy a meal. We chose the location in Union City since we knew it had a sit down area inside.

Ordered 2 pizzas online and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Got to the store 20 minutes later and stood around for 10 minutes before any employee from the back even asked for my name…to then be told I have to wait another 7 minutes. 15 minutes later and still no pizza. It wasn’t until I had to ask for a refund before someone came out and apologized for being understaffed. Never ordering from here again
