Ordered food from here while working and missed a call. The staff left a voicemail saying they were about an hour wait and to call back if I still wanted my order. I called over 20x with no answer. I had received a confirmation email and my bank was charged so I was hopeful in about an hour I’d have my food. My food never showed. I ordered at 2:58pm and left work at 9pm. Nothing. It’s now a day later and I still can’t get the store to answer my phone to get someone to refund me my money back! This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this store. Absolutely ridiculous

This place is terrible with customer service. I ordered two sandwiches that never showed up and tried to call the restaurant three times, all of which were ignored. Do not patron this Jimmy John’s if you actually intend on eating what you paid for.

This location NEVER answers their phone. However, because I live within this Jimmy John’s exclusive delivery radius, no other Jimmy John’s locations are allowed to deliver to me. This means that I effectively live within a “dark zone” where I cannot order anything from Jimmy John’s for delivery, ever. I can only attribute this to extremely poor management.

The end of my Jimmy John days from here. I work close so I order from here often. Normally they aren’t bad a few times my sandwiches have been messed up but I don’t complain. Now today was a hot mess ! I didn’t get what I wanted and I asked for mustard and they just put whatever they wanted on it . I got turkey bacon and just got turkey. The bread fell apart. It was just a mess and I just threw it away. Never again

The first time I ordered from this location a couple weeks ago, it took a whole hour to get my food. No problems with my food, but definitely not the freaky fast Jimmy John’s I’m used to. Thought maybe they were having a rough day, or it was just a one-time thing. It’s been an hour and a half and my food isn’t even set out for to deliver yet?? And after seeing the reviews, it seems this is normal for this location. Whatever you do, DON’T deliver from here.
