The restaurant was not clean, trash cans running over, no soap in restrooms plus trash on the floor. Was hard to find a clean table to eat at. Was NEVER like this when Mike Davis owned it. Probably won’t go back.

Everybody knows that the KFC in Cynthiana KY is the slowest fast food restaurant in history but we wanted chicken tonight so we ordered a $58 (not including drivers tips) order at around 7 thru door dash and hr later we get a message saying they are out of bone in chicken they could cook some but it would take 30 mins or we could get them replaced with strips which would take 10 mins to cook. In my opinion if you are cooking either kind of chicken for those times then you’re doing it wrong. We decided to wait for the bone in chicken cause that’s what we wanted and I think you can get better tenders from the walmart deli then KFC. Another hr goes by and then another message saying that we need to cancel the order cuz the store closed at 8pm due to short staffed. Why could they have said that an hr before when they asked if we wanted them to cook fresh chicken. This will be my last time ordering or try to order from this restaurant.

Takes forever to get food thur drive up window. Then the order was wrong. Went in and took just as long to get missing food. Now all of our food was cold.

The food is good and our orders are right about half the time. We’ve encountered a few unnecessarily rude workers. The drive thru is slow. Today I waited about an hour from the time I pulled into the drive thru (about 7 cars in line) until the time I left with my food (around 7 tacos).

(11/02/22) took my brother here and ate inside, one of the workers (didn’t catch their name but i believe they had short green hair?) kept the place pretty clean and was quick to help when they overheard that i needed a 2-go lid, thank you..! (: the other workers were very nice as well.

For the past 8 years that I’ve lived here, this location is the slowest worst fast food place I have ever been to. We keep thinking maybe it will be better/faster this time and in 8 years it hasn’t changed. Takes wayyyy too long. 15-20 minutes each time with only a couple cars in front of us. TERRIBLE!!!
