The pizza is excellent. Yes, the place looks a little run down, but the staff are very nice, and more than make up for it, and no one expects 5 star ambiance at a pizza place, it is about the pizza. Last time we were there, things were a little slow due to a big order ahead of us, so they gave us some cheese bread. It was a nice gesture, that we appreciated, and we were not in a hurry anyway. Had we been in a hurry, it was nice to know in advance, so we could have gone elsewhere. Good people, good pizza.

Great place to get together for a party or a meal. Staff is attentive & they have plenty of pizza choices. Salads too. I went for a family style baby shower. The room provided was large with lots of tables. We decorated and ordered several pizzas & pitchers of soda. Successful event!

This is the only pizza place in Blaine, but they do a great job at what they do. Besides pizza, they also offer pasta. I’m a big fan of their house made meatballs. Their dough and sauces are all made from scratch and most everything else is chopped, sliced or grated fresh daily. You’ll pay more than you would from one of the ‘chain’ pizza places, but that’s to be expected. Great location right downtown and it even has a games room to keep the kiddos entertained.

Great pizza. We arrived just as the weekend lunch buffet was ending at 2pm, so the kitchen gave us a the few free slices left on the buffet after the kids devoured our regular order. Free WiFi password available at the register.

It was Saturday late afternoon and it looked like the dispatch crew was not going to get out of the office anytime soon. I called ahead and asked for the biggest pizza they made with everything on it. Took it to the Operations Crew and I was instantly the most popular man of the day. Great pizza.

Decor is run down and looking it’s age, service is alow. The pizza however makes up for that, they have great crust. Thin and crisp, yet has a bit of chew. I recommend this place, especially after you have been walking for miles and are getting hungry.

Pizza was great but what made the experience even better was the staff. The staff was great and super friendly. I look forward to visiting Pizza Factory again. My kids loved it, not only the pizza but the ice cream as well. I recommend getting some ice while you are here it eating the tasty pizza.
