Recipe is from the state of Zacatecas. Next to home cooked Gorditas these are the next best thing! Had been craving these for years, now found this place. Very few tables inside this location but seen another down same street. Phone in your order ahead of time but worth the wait. Only thing was wasn’t aware they all come with beans inside of the Gorditas.

Best place ever!!!!!!!! Home made food that taste amazing and authentic every thing is made to order so it does take some time but your eating freshly made food so its definitely worth the wait! Service is great too the staff is so nice and kind we are definitely coming back here this is my new favorite place!!

My first time having the Gorditas. I really enjoyed them especially the shredded beef with green salsa and the chirraron. They serve the lettuce, sour cream and cheese on the side. The Gorditas have themeat, beans and cheese inside. They are on the smaller side but very delicious so you might want to order 3 or 4 when you order.
