Tonight is the worst service I had received I placed my order online the wait was supposed to be 30 minutes I get the message saying my pizza was ready and I get there and they tell me it’s not ready because they don’t have any pineapple so I asked them why didn’t call to let me know. And she tell me she don’t know. I asked to speak a manger and she tells me she in the back so she goes into the back and comes back to tell me she’s the manager. Very disappointed on the quality of pizza this location has the nerve to hand out. This pizza is so hard. This location should be ashamed to even serve this. Also asked for Buffalo wings and all I got was wings without any sauce. Their customer service at the counter was horrible.

Me and my family have bought pizza here for about 7 years, it’s safe to say that we’ve had both good and bad experiences at the pizza place. However today was horrible. Other times when the place is getting full they dispatch people rather quickly, and even then we don’t have to wait nearly the whole 25 minute wait since they’re so quick to it, but today they were slow, and the person at the register want fast with the orders. I saw people wo were there AFTER me get their orders fairly quickly, but I was one of the last ones. I got my money back, but the place needs better personel
