The food was hot and delicious but the poor guy was all by himself and really could use some help. And that being as big of a company I think it’s pretty s***** of them to not make sure that he is fully staffed even in this staffing situation. Maybe the assistant general manager or the general manager should have been there to help? Just my opinion coming from a restaurant manager but other than that yeah guys great location has good food management sucks

Waited 15 minutes for food in drive thru while people behind us were coming and going. Flagged down employee to hear “No! This is not your food.” Then I got out of the car, went in to find out our food was given to the wrong customer. Then got food to find out it still wasn’t right. Gave up and ate it anyway….typical.

Dirty place, disrespectful rude workers. Refuses to do their jobs, can’t get a order right. Always out of everything because again refuses to do their jobs. Also maybe if they fixed their drive thru they’d be able to hear correctly the first time to get the order right! You don’t curse at customers, even the managers were rude as all get out. Save your money and go to a different one! You’ll waste your time and breath! Also corporate is a wonderful thing.

the worst restaurant around, the food is AWFUL. i took one bite of my chicken and it was as if it’d only been cooked for half a minute, immediately spit it out and threw everything out. along with that, the employees are super unprofessional and will ignore you whenever you try to order at a later time. please don’t eat from here, it’s a complete waste of money and you’ll 110% regret it. it’s surprising this place hasn’t been shut down yet, it serves no purpose whatsoever.

This place is slower than hell. Took me 30 minutes to get my food. I sat in line behind 2 other people waiting to get their food. And still had to go around again and set in line again. I finally went inside. They had my order wrong When I finally received it.

Ordered fish fries hushpuppies. Very rude and nasty got to look d out of fries. Not the clerks fault management does not stock enough, but, not mine either!!!! Get it home, fish not done. How many chances do we give thus place. The answer is no more, done!!!
