Lunch on 8.20.23. Brooke and Lisa are great representatives for Fazoli’s. They provided the best service I have ever experienced at this location. This location was by far the worst fazoli’s i have ever been to. The employees and other customers were both extremely rude. they were staring at me as if they wanted to murder me. I get that im far from skinny but god damn…The service was slow. The environmemt was awful, extremely dirty. viloated many health code violations…The food tasted gross. Pizza was burnt to a crisp. The mac and cheese was watery. They definitely don’t give unlimited breadsticks (as advertised). Everything tasted like it was a previous customers’ food. Cold and microwaved. Needless to say, we will not be returning. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

The environment was friendly but it seems like a ghost zone. If you are looking for a place to relax, quiet and some good food this is the place. The lasagna was dry and hard that is my only complaint. My family got pizza, bread sticks, ultimate pasta sampler, oven baked sampler, red velvet cheese cake and the frozen strawberry lemonade and all of it was great. The temp is perfect not to hot nor cold. Has a decent Playlist. Seems overall clean, table and booths are not sticky. Bathroom could use a little cleaning. Overall a great environment

I love fazolies but this timer was horrible . My food tasted like it was let out over night and put in the fridge in the morning. I gagged when I took my first bite. I had the loaded Alfredo. My 2nd entree was chicken bacon ranch salad. The lettuce was brown, all the pepperoni was stuck together and the chicken we couldn’t chew it was so hard. When I was telling a manager about my food, he told me that he doubts that was what’s wrong with my food. I believe his name was Derik.
