My mother had a craving for their pot pie, something that I didn’t even know they served. I went over to pick it up for them. I’ve never actually been to this location beforehand, they’re parking area though. Open is sort of weird just because of where it’s placed in my opinion. But that’s neither here or there! The food is very good as my mom said and the service was absolutely kind.

Absolutely horrid customer service at every level at this specific location. Severely over charged me for 2 Chicken Littles (Menus clearly says $4.99), then they tried to double down and claim that the chicken littles are $4.99 a piece, the same price as the chicken sandwich. Absolutely horrendous service and the manager did nothing to even attempt to make it right.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I bought this yesterday night. The gravy was very bad. It was thick and chunky. The biscuits were also missing. I called them and they said I can replace a new order for tomorrow. I go back today and they didn’t give me it nor did they refund.

This was the wrong decision to try this KFC. I drove up & entered, to my surprise there was no scent or sight of chicken. I ordered hot wings. Their chicken is kept in a covered metal box. As I walked out, the KFC employee stopped me indicating she shorted my order & corrected her error. Once in the car still no smell of chicken. Once home, I knew why there was no scent of hot wings, THEY WEREN’T HOT in temperature & not fresh. Here’s a tip: Take pride in your job & product. DON’T SERVE FOOD UNLESS YOUR MOM WOULD EAT IT. No, I will never go back there.
