The food was very good and the staff was very friendly. There were only 2 employees (1 cook and one cashier) and the food took a really long time to come out. We only had two plates and they were brought more than10 minutes apart from each other. We couldn’t have lunch at the same time, hence the 3 stars.

So yummy- I love their fruit salad. The presentation and portion were really good. The lady at the counter answered our questions and gave us suggestions. Definitely a more casual spot but the service and food were good.

Needs a little more space. Only has sitting for about 25 people, but the food is very good and they are extremely helpful and attentive. The Bandeja Paisa is what I ordered and it is huge. The plate is enough for 2 people.

Dont waste your time over priced and food is sub par, over cooked steak and hard rice! Prices are overpriced $16 for uneditable lunch special. We couldn’t even take a second bite.

Food took a long time to arrive. The pandebono was frozen inside. The smell of grease inside the restaurant made me nauseous. The chicken has no taste. The burger bun was too small and cold. Not worthy. The employees were watching videos and we had to stand up to the counter anytime we wanted to order something

We visited this past weekend some food was cold in the middle and other food like the empanadas over fried burnt in the bottom. Lack of customer service ladies just stayed in the back and rude when told about the food no one offered to remake the food or refund us our money. Now reading the reviews many others have had the same problem like we did unfortunately, hope u guys can make some changes for the better.

Do not waste your time or money at this place. I just wanted some comfort food that was quick while I was in the area, and so I just order some empanadas. No one was really making me feel welcomed or helping me out. Then the workers assuming I didn’t know Spanish just proceeded to belittle me in Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand what they said. After reading the reviews I guess I wasn’t the only one having that problem.

I have been here once and it was just okay. I had a friend come in today and told me that the employees ignored her, gave her attitude, and were very unprofessional. She also told me what the workers said in Spanish, which I speak, so I translated for her and it was all very racist. I have read the reviews of other customers and instead of offering good customer service, the owners try to argue and post very defensive comments back instead of trying to fix the way they run their business and the way their food is made. You should take the criticism and try to improve instead of fighting the customers. Will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
