Arby’s is a true rip off. I ordered the fish strips w/fries they advertised and the bill was over $20 for 2 orders of them. When I got to the window I asked why so much (I didn’t order the meal), they told me because the fish and fries are sold and charged separately. Lobby was closed also at 6 in the evening, and this is at the downtown location . I asked why and they said because nobody bothers to come to work. There is also an Arby’s on State St that doesn’t even serve breakfast because they don’t open until 11:00 a. am. WHY??? No workers. Arby’s use to be a great place to eat and enjoy. Not anymore. They should have gotten rid of Arby’s instead of SONIC. Need to bring SONIC BACK. Arby’s needs to shut down…….period.

Service was slow. Even though no one was in line and the employees watched us come in and said hello, no one came to help us for 4 minutes(1 car in the drive-thru). Tables in the empty dining room(1 other customer) were dirty and the floors were sticky. We went around 4 pm.

Arbys stopped giving out coupons so the food is no longer good lol . The full price for the quality is horrible . Now if they brought back coupons Arbys food is top tier . Moral of the story Arbys tastes better with a coupon and horrible at full price .

I pulled into the drive-thru at 11:54, there were two cars in front of me, the first car in front of me did not get helped until 11: 57pm… And then the next person in front of me they didn’t start taking her order until 11:57 and by the time she was done ordering and I pulled up to the speaker it was now 12:02 and even though I was the last car in line and I was in line before they closed they would not let me order, because they closed at midnight. If they had not waited so long to take those other two orders I could have ordered my food and probably been out of the drive-thru line super quick… But I felt like they were stalling on purpose with not taking orders so they wouldn’t have to make any more food at the end of their shift so they could just hurry up and get out. I usually love their food I’ve never had a problem with service until tonight, because there’s no reason that first car sitting at the speaker when I got in line should have even sat there that long before being helped and nobody else was in front of them!! Really felt like the extra long time they took was done on purpose so they could just hurry up and get out of there at the end of the night which is horrible customer service. I get people want to go home at the end of their shift but you don’t get to walk out at midnight because you close at midnight. So stalling to take orders just so that’s less you have to do, and justturn somebody away who was in line prior to closing time.

It’s hard to ever not give Arby’s a five-star, because I am addicted to the weird metallic taste of their shaved beef. That said, this location is average. Great food, horrible fast food customer service these days everywhere. Store somewhat dirty because of the times. Still a good place to go.

Horrible experience, just needed some sauce that a different location failed to give me after placing an order and they refused to give me sauce “ because you didnt place an order” after i offered to pay for the sauce they rudely told me “ we dont charge for sauce but we wont just give it to you because you pull into drive thru.”

The food is good but employees do not practice proper personal hygiene. I wouldn’t say that if it weren’t alarmingly gross to be handed food by someone you can smell from across the counter and the dirt under their nails has been caked in. The floors and state of the bathroom were disgusting. My shoes stuck to the tile everywhere I went.
