Never one to make bad reviews and never want to shame a restaurant but this is the 3rd time we order their delicious pizza but when we open the box the cheese is all over the box like they don’t let it cook down before delivering. So my husband calls them to let them know about the issue and the lady said it’s that we shouldn’t let the driver wait we live on the 4th floor it takes a couple minutes to run downstairs. We weren’t mad about it we just tried to let them know so it doesn’t happen again and she tried to justify it by saying we made the driver wait. That’s not very good customer service.

I love how I can bring my kids here and all the staff treats them well. Their pasta dinners are absolutely delicious. I was skeptical about trying something new from the menu but the dish was on point. The service is fast, friendly, and portions are hearty. My friend and I brought our kids and dined in and the vibe was perfect for a busy day we enjoy everything they served us. My friend had an awesome philly chicken cheese steak with the sauce on the side and the kids loved the fresh pizza. It is always good quality ingredients served when I eat here; including fresh salads, so I am happy they have something for everyone of all backgrounds and ages.

It was my first time ordering from them. And, I must say to charge me $63.73, I expected GREAT food!! Sorry, it was not at ALL! That’s with a $7.34 tip, $3.00 delivery fee and 1.50 convenience fee not including our total. You want GREAT Italian food?? You MUST go to Nick’s pizza, in Bethlehem. They’re simply the They have never failed me. Plus you get soup plus salad with your meal.

I ordered a caprese salad. ..it was over iceberg lettuce, onions, little mozzarella,which was a little balls of it,not fresh buffalo mozzarella. No basil…no balsamic glaze, balsamic vinegar and oil. Terrible. They buy their tiramisu. They opened the box in front of me and put it in a to go container. No flavor. How can an Italian restaurant screw up two essentials is beyond me.

I used to frequent this place since they opened. Ever since the famous covid I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED! Very poor service! I asked for my roll/bun not to be soggy upon delivery and the manager /owner literally flipped out! I get it… my order wasn’t big enough. You have 100 things to do besides take a small request on my small order. Never forget that customers are the ones that keep you in business. Good luck!
