Avoid this location if you are in a hurry. The outside landscaping looks like it hasn’t been touched in weeks. Parking lot is in shambles. I deliver for doordash and had a delivery to pick up Sunday 8/27/2023/ There was 2 people ahead of me. I watched the person putting the orders together and there was absolutely zero urgency to their actions. They took around 10 minutes to assemble the order. I proceeded to watch 3 other people just standing there looking at the people waiting and not doing anything. I wound up declining the order after waiting for almost 15 minutes. Absolutely horrible service. It cost me money cause I left and declined the order. Avoid this location at all costs!!

Never again. Hands down the worst service I have ever received. The food was room temp and old/soggy. The manager happened to be there training a new crew member and was fairly personable and kind. Aside from that, the kid serving me had the the awareness of a door knob. I paid nearly 20 dollars for one small chicken tenders combo. I got 2 and a half pieces and some weird small fried bits of God knows what. It did not even resemble chicken when I tore it in half. Dude it’s fast food, I get it, but still with. The place is a dump and it’s managers and franchise owners need to seriously evaluate what they are doing.

I was sort of on the fence about this rating because this place has been fairly good a lot of the time. Never super fresh but, not bad by any means. However, as of late it’s gone rather down hill. The demeanor of the workers is fine. They are respectful and such. Though there is a glaring issue with lobby maintenance. I never dine in anymore when I come here with friends or family because all the tables are littered with crumbs and garbage from previous patrons. The drink machine is almost always out of half of its options as well. It looks like no one ever cleans. I don’t know if it is a fault on the managers delegation abilities or if staff maybe doesn’t follow the Manager’s direction, so I don’t want to put the blame on anyone specific. I do think it is something this location should work on though. If they focus more on keeping their lobby and lot clean, it will drastically improve its quality.

This place is like a an absolute dump. The parkinglot looks like it’s been carpet bombed by a B-52. The chicken is like a breaded rock. The mashed potatoes had the consistency of runny snot and the employees could really care less. Cripes, they don’t even mow the grass around it more then a couple times a summer. Not exaggerating any of this. I bet if this place was in a poverty stricken third world country no one would eat it. It has all the charm and quality of used toilet paper and I don’t know why I keep giving it a chance. Hell, it sits right next door to an enormous manufacturing company with almost a thousand people. Guess what people do? They eat food. Guess how many of those 1000 hungry people eat at this Popeyes? Absolutely zero. We all joke about how bad it is because if we didn’t joke, we would just cry.

This review is about the location overall. The food was fine. Where I have an issue is that you can’t use or earn rewards here, ALTHOUGH the receipts all have information about the rewards program on the back and there’s even a barcode on the door as you walk in prompting you to sign up for them. When I asked an employee about the program, they said they don’t participate. When asked why do they advertise something they don’t participate in, the employee stated that the company just makes them display the rewards information. That’s pretty ridiculous.

Ordered ahead on the app, which in and of itself is annoying because it only allows you to order combo meals, so that was my first mistake. When I got there to pick it up, they hadn’t even started making it, and they told me that they don’t even carry one of my choices of sodas, so I had to choose a different one. Had to wait about 10 minutes for my order, and they still gave me the wrong kind of chicken strips. Overall a less than stellar experience. And this is not the first time this has happened to me when ordering ahead. Will have to be really desperate for chicken before I go back there again.
