The fat girl at the cashier is very racist and doesn’t welcome truckers her service is very bad her name is B or Penny or Berry…my order is to go garbage because she gives me a sweet latte without any sugar and she doesn’t have bread or eggs, surprised me that I asked her several times and she doesn’t care why …! I already paid and tipped her tips It was 11:35 am on Monday August 7, 2023. I will never come to this truck stop. I will never fuel from this TA truckstop. Thank you guys for losing an entire truck company.. she broke my day I didn’t take my breakfast

Honestly one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. There were at minimum 6 women working yet the line creeped. My husbands drink was absolutely awful and tasted like all sweetened syrup and mine was totally wrong so I had to wait even longer to have the drink remade. Stick to making your own coffee at the gas station next door.

Sadly if I could give a negative star review I would. The lady at the register didn’t look like she was pleased to be there. She didn’t acknowledge that I was standing in front of her. I literally had to just start stating what I wanted. Then some gentleman came out and took my order. I went to scan my Starbucks app and he said “oh no we can’t do that here. Just gift cards. I ordered the mocha cookie crumble. Let’s just say I ended up with a frozen chocolate drink that taste like Chocolate milk and not the mocha cookie crumble coffee drink. It was super watery and nothing like what it’s supposed to look like. No whipped cream at the bottom and it seems like all the ice has settled at the top of the drink…. What a waste of $25 dollar’s that I spent on 4 drinks. Oh if you want a bigger straw for your drink you must go nextdoor to pop eyes according to the gentleman at the register.

Im visiting from Texas and thought I would stop for my favorite starbucks treat. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino and instead got flavorless caramel milk on ice that was NOT even blended. Please train your employees to make the drinks correctly I am so disappointed! And to top it off I ordered a WARM banana nut bread piece needless to say it was so dark and hard i could have broken a window with it! I wish we could pit a zero star on them

This Starbucks is a mini version inside a Popeye’s and gas station/rest area. It had a smaller selection than the typical Starbucks. However, the service was very good and my iced lemon cake was fresh and tasty. My son’s iced coffee was also to his liking. This was in a great location where you could get food and other items needed in a pinch on a trip.

I got a delicious strawberry Frappuccino thingy that cost $8. Kind of expensive for what it is, but it’s not the places fault. My only complaint is that the Salted Caramel Crunch I got a few days ago was not very good. They didn’t add enough caramel or something and it just didn’t taste as good as other places. The service is nice though, I’ve never had an annoyed employee or seen a customer dissatisfied

It’s a usual Starbucks. Crammed into a cafeteria style dining area along with a few other restaurants. It will get your coffee fix taken care of, but it’s on the pricy side. A fine stop for a tires traveler.
