We love going here after a big day at Kings Island! It’s on the way back to Northern KY and always easy to take the exit! We use our Buddy Card and get two large traditional style pizzas for the price of one! Yumminess overload! It’s always hot, fresh and delicious. If take out, don’t forget to ask for free plates, napkins and seasonings!

Always great food, and great service. However, I’m sad to see this location rewards Boomers, who are abusive to the teenage front counter staff, by giving them full refunds because they raise their voice and get abusive enough. And then the kid up front gets “talked to” by his manager for being disrespectful towards customers. He has a right to defend himself, and he isn’t paid enough to put up with that kind of abuse from these old men. You should be protecting your employees, not rewarding customers for bad behavior.

We went about a week and a half ago. The food was good but our service that day was terrible. The young man helping never seemed to be around and forgot about us (2 adults 1 child) multiple times. To the point where the people (party of 6) who came in about 15 minutes after us were served their food 10 minutes before us.

I love LaRosa’s. It is the pizza that I grew up on. I am giving it four stars instead of five for two reasons. The first is that it can be hit or miss with the servers, who always seem slightly disengaged and/or apathetic. The most recent time, the server did not bring my wife’s salad but charged us for it. The second reason I am giving four stars is becuase they don’t have great healthy non-meat options. I tried the vegetarian whole wheat calzone, which was not great.

Ordered online waited an additional time because my order was not ready at the time I requested. Might change from pick up at Kenwood to Blue Ash. Staff seemed overwhelmed and not well organized.

Very disappointed. The restaurant was short on servers but had an abundance of open tables. They told people there was a 20 minute wait to be seated. Really! Seat the patrons and just let them know it might be 20 minutes for a server to open. Poor management. Several people walked out.
